A great way to switch the inner demotivator off is to get conscious about it.

The mindset should be - you're not expecting results, just doing and seeng what will come out of it, but doing your best and having fun with it.

Another way is to turn your inner demotivator into a motivator - like "see that? You're the Boss, man! You kick ass! Go and do it, you can do it! Go-go-go!"
