It's certainly much better than what i've heard it being refered to as "Youtube Parkour" where people just try one stunt over and over again infront of the camera, get lucky once, then cut it and post it.

This is real parkour, flowing from movement to movement seamlessly- obviously skill is behind it, not just luck.

Lot's of fluidity and grace... Good style.

However, not an abundance of skill. Many of those moves can be done by regular tracuers with a little warming up. Needed to put more work in getting up on walls and cut out all those nasty lazy vaults.
