My advice when fighting this cheap piece of ass is to use Julia Chang, and repeatedly use her "Double Lift Kick." Should the attack lift him onto the air, use any combo you know until he hits the ground. If he teleports from the sky, back a little away (so you won't get charged into the air) and then immediately rush in and perform the kick lifts following up with a combo. If he teleports and flies straight at you, just block and kick lift asap. Note that the attack doesn't connect always...
@MrTsunayoshisawadax Actually, I would say that he is still cheap, as it isn't really that fair if you get used to it suddenly means it isn't cheap anymore, it's like saying Alpha-152 from DOA 4 isn't cheap because you defeated it 5 times in a row.
@MrTsunayoshisawadax You are kinda right in the fact that cheapness can also be overall be put in how much difficult it still is despite how much experience you have with it, but that would really take down alot of bosses that actually are cheap though.

Only thing that makes him hard is that whole "sometimes invincible" thing. Makes it so you can't fight him with a normal strategy.

When it comes to fighting Azazel, we are the cheapest because we can perform nearly endless combos whenever he goes in the air lol.
