geeze some people are so rude...ever think that maybe some people actually don't mind or like their character being big? Supposedly the fatter (ugh hate such words) your character is the stronger they are. So it may actually be a good thing in the world of mabinogi. even so it's rude to say eat berries just because the character is fat

Well it's near the center of the 3 roads, then a bit before the center, when you come from Emain.. There's a tree.. and then there's down from the center of the 3 roads ! Anyway just roam around about a map around the center and you'll end up finding her ^^

if you get a empty treasure chest go to her and she will give you a quest. the quest is to go and find some stuff for her in emain macha so you go all the way to emain macha and then go to either del or delen and ask her the keyword you got from fleta.after that go to the person i forgot who it was again and go to the chef and use keyword then go to i think it was james at the church and then keyword after you got all three items go back to fleta and she will give you something

If you only see her dog, change channel is the most fast way you may find her, because she can walk quite far away the original location.
