By "evolution" I mean that humans and other apes share a common ape-like ancestor which speciated - contrary to the account in the Quran that all humans descend from Adam + his wife and that Adam was a special creation.

Evolution could have taken place all the way up to humans and then MAN was made directly. The Qur'aan doesn't reject evolution at all. Adam Deen is just saying that one has valid reasons to DOUBT it. Its not 100% fact, but even if it was - it doesnt disprove God nor does it disprove Islam. :) Thank you for your response.

Remarkable non-argument....The only people who deny evolution do it for religious reasons. None do it for scientific reasons....This is dishonest in itself. Deen needed the quote to be b4 2003 because as it clearly contradicts what his argument that the Big Bang proves an absolute beginning of time. Vilenkin argues our big bang is 1 of many. What Vilenkin argues is that their theorem is a beginning to the multiverse not the universe. Adam Knows this because I got an email from Vilenkin clarifying this. Guth has accepted a way round their theory has been found. Deen should know this as I sent him the article yet he still quoted in his debate

Adam deen in his article does not take a position on evolution but simply tries to give room for skepticism (or atleast thats what he claims). THIS IS FINE, if he was honest.

The copyright issue falls clearly under fair use.

To file a DMCA claim based upon "Slander" is a misrepresentation, and a felony misuse of the DMCA.

Interestingly enough Slander requires Malice, or in the Per Se form, requires an accusation of a criminal act.

Where Phil's video clearly does not constitute a malicious statement, Yours suggests that Adam Dean committed a crime... Slander Per Se.

The issue of censorship was a matter of filing a false DMCA against the work that was covered by fair use.

A matter of slander or liable is for the courts not for a copyright notice.

This is the reason the video was mirrored.

It doesn't matter how many good turns a group or individual make they count for nothing if they then resort to censorship later or elsewhere.

As for the arguments in your video I will leave that to Phil to sort out.
