I have wanted to work for Ray Dalio ever since I first learned about him. I've worked at GS for 4.5 years in their Legal/Compliance Division. When I hear Ray discuss Bridgewater's "culture" and as I have studied Ray's perspective on personal evolution in his principles document and thought about my own approach to these things...I have this longing to be intigrated and challenged by indiviudals who share a similar desire to discover "truth." It just makes so much sense.
