  • message is clear..I can overtake you and turn a switch on the wheel at the same time..so.. go away..

  • "Kimi alonso is faster that you can you copy that?"

Kimi:"Don't talk to me in a middle of a corner"

  • AND HE'S BACK!!!!!!

  • He overtook him with so much ease, he could even change his settings on the way pass, funny as lol

  • He's Back bitches!!!

  • damn that ferrari is fuckin movin!

  • da

  • i love the casuallness of kimi as he overtakes lewis on one of the fastest parts and just start messing with his brake bias...

  • That's how race drivers overtake. Not by cutting corners like pussies....

  • Comment removed

  • Nope massa won this race.

  • Love how he did that adjustment oh his steering wheel in the middle of overtaking.

  • this guy is a fu*king legend

  • nobody needs this shit DRS, thats racing!

  • @schroeder1112 totally agree ;)

  • Grande Raikkonen

  • lovely sound

  • Hamilton won this race though.

  • That was a class of overtaking from outside

  • Go one year further , replace Hamilton with Fisichella and u have the exact same situation. <3

  • imagine to have kimi behind you? It has to make you very nervous when you know you HAVE to take every corner perfectly, you have to drive perfectly and your not allowed to do one minor mistake. Or you will quickly find youself behind him.

    What a great driver.

  • Without DRS

  • @TvLOverdose Well said :) DRS is an okay idea, just the cars are so different in performance. I don't understand Adrian Newy. He wanted to go to a team that didnt have a great car, and improve it, make it a championship winning car... Now he's got a double constructers+drivers, why doesnt he leave Red Bull, and go to Williams, get them back to how they were...

  • @ShockWaveTom because he get paid big amounts of money!

  • @Marcus666Sund He was with McLaren at 1 point wasnt he? If so, they must of been paying him big amounts of money. He's a hypocrite, but none the less, a very good designer...

  • @ShockWaveTom According to Wikipedia, he got an offer from Red Bull in 2006 of something like a 60$ million dollar contract (record breaking).

  • @Marcus666Sund Still, he's a hypocrite... What I don't want to see is a repeat of the Schmacher era of him winning ridiculous amounts of championships due to a superior car, and team orders involved... We've already seen one team order for webber (silverstone) not sure if there were anymore

  • @ShockWaveTom it was not only the car! everybody in f1 knows, that it is always the car AND the driver. if it was only the car, why was rubens not 2nd in every year? with the beste car he schould have been 2nd every time. team order was only two times. and if you are an alonso fan, he needs teamorder too!

  • @frenchhornplayer85 Urmm.... Okay, kind of understood what you said there.... and no, I'm not an Alonso fan, but no one can deny he's a great driver... Team orders, should be banned, period, any team that gives a team order, should get a severe penalty, so the rest learn not to do it to, and the team who took the penalty, can't do it again. Simple.

  • @TvLOverdose Im not that impressed, without DRS, Just an real overtake like it should be..

  • Hamilton takes corner so ''hard'' and kimi just pulling buttons :D

  • @Abuddappaa i think that's why kimi is the best he takes a risk more than anyone else and this sport is all about risks

  • hamilton brakes early and wallows in the turns. a shame

  • Ma come l'ha sverniciato...

  • Why is it so fucking loud ????

  • Awesome from 0:16 onwards you'll see the gap growing really fast.

  • F1 needs kimi ? Hahaha why he is needed ? Fast and strong drivers should drive in f1. Not face......

  • 0:08, one hand steering at full throttle, top gear.. awesomeness explained, just right there.

  • @ThomHC That's umm... a straight line.

  • 0:13 opens the throttle like a second earlier and fades away from hamilton gj

  • @TheQneb Ofcourse he does, Hamilton gets into his draft ('bad air' in the corners), so it's hard to follow the car in front. ;)

  • @rodawa0 Probably it has something with that also but thats slow speed corner where aerodynamics matter the least and mechanical grip the most.

  • Kimi=King Of Spa

  • @HamMan1997 You=King of Copying comments

    GAYLORD!

  • @OMGGP You=Overreacting Prick That Doesn't Know That King Of Spa Is Raikkonen's Nickname, Not Just Your Comment On A Youtube Video, And That Also Doesn't Know That I Never Even Saw Your Comment, I Just Wrote It On My Own.

    n00b!

  • @HamMan1997 you must be pretty dumb

  • @OMGGP Dude really? You're an idiot. Look at how many other people wrote things like Raikkonen is The King Of Spa, or Kimi is The King Of Spa, or Kimi is A Beast At Spa. It's because they all know that those are his nicknames, and they aren't gonna B.S. with someone if they say something like Kimi=King Of Spa because they know that nobody is "stealing" their comment. Now just shut up you freaking n00b.

  • @HamMan1997 you littel prick i dindnt said that kimi isnt the king in belgium

i said that your copying comments

all F1 fans know that his driving is amazing in Spa

  • @OMGGP Exactly, all F1 fans know that he is great at Spa, so how am I copying "your comment" if apparently "all F1 fans know that his driving is amazing at Spa"?

  • RAIKKONEN must come back!!!! F1 needs kimi.

  • that's why kimi is king of spa

  • @Megadzf100 Hakkinen is the king of spa... ask Shumi hahaha

  • kobayashi all the way.....why is hamiltons front wing like that

  • @Moore183HD That's not the front wing... it's the nose of the car. It's designed for aerodynamic reasons. It was introduced by BMW the same year...

  • in the future...But really, the only place for him to go in F1 is to RedBull, after Mark Webber decides to retire and even then RedBull might more likely take one of their yonger drives, from Toro Rosso or some other driver from GP2, and as for Kimi, they might think that he has been too long away from F1.

  • Kimi got what he wanted from F1, the championship and that's all that mattered to him...sure if RedBull would offer him a contract that he would be happy with (like a chance to drive a rally race, nascar or whatever between F1 races) then Kimi might return back to F1...

or he might not even then, because he dislikes all the media events, the hectic lifestyle of F1, now that he doesnt have to race and travel all the time,he feels more relaxed. But in the end only Kimi knows what he is gonna do

  • Kimi Raikkonen the king of the Spa ;D

  • How I jizzed at that moment.

  • lol I'd forgotten about those ridiculous ear-things on the McLaren.

  • nice footage

  • ouu there is a button which I didn't push..let me see what it does......hahaha! champions!

  • Ferrari POWER!!!!!!!!!!

  • And now he races in nascar pro truck or whatever the fuck..... What a waste Kimi. What a waste.

  • @PorschephileRS Well he only has driven 2 races in Nascar and plans to drive in 1 race yet this year...but other than that Kimi has said that he is perfectly happy in WRC

If Kimi had wanted to continue in F1, he could have...Mclaren would have gladly taken him back, but first of all that would have meant that Santander/Ferrari wouldnt have paid him for 2010 season he originally had a contract with and so this gave Kimi a perfect chance to do whatever he wanted.

  • lewis will never win another WDC, the last one was gifted to him anyway

  • Everyone defends Raikkonen so, so much but i see him as an onbnoxious, miserable cunt who didn't appreciate Formula 1 at all and never seemed interested in the racing or enjoying what he does. Granted he's a great driver but his attitude is so annoying. Who cares about him coming back, he's a boring character with a mono-tone irritating voice. Fuck him, let him race around ovals for the rest of his career.

  • @xIIJoshIIx bit angry? chill dude

  • @inboundDMC More than a bit when i see all of his followers licking his ass when in reality he's a twat.

  • @xIIJoshIIx Raikkonen is talking in that monotone voice because he hates the press. All he want is just racing, not everything around formule 1, not important for him. That's why he's happy in WRC. Not that much press around him and he's doing quite well there

  • King of Spa!

  • @dave101ua King Of BEEr

  • Kimi the KING of Spa!! ;)

  • Spa?

  • @H3OP Yes.

  • Kimi is one of the greatest talents ever in F1. He had/has more natural speed then anyone else.

  • @aMUSEing90 uh according to who?

  • @puddingpants7

Accordin to his 35 fastest race laps. Only Schumacher and Prost has more. Schumacher had 7 titles and Prost 4 titles. Raikkonen only 1. Is there something wrong with this image??

10 fastest laps in a season is a record. Raikkonen managed that twice, in 2005 and 2008. Schumacher in 2004.

Btw, Schumacher said in 2001 that he thought Raikkonen has lots of natural speed. That was when Kimi was still driving for Sauber.

  • @McLarenMercedes I should have known that was coming, everyone has a quote about something from schumi... lol. I was referring to one of the greatest talents ever bit, I don't think he'll go down as one mostly because of his titles :\ and fastest laps are only one lap where you pushed the car to it's limit and sustained it's speed, yeah it's great but unfortunately they don't win you races or championships all the time. It's a big achievement nonetheless.

  • @aMUSEing90

35 fastest laps says that more than anythng. He holds the joint record of 10 fastest laps in a season which he managed twice, in 2005 and 2008. Oddly enough he wasn't champion in either of those seasons. Fair?

Schumacher had 10 fastest laps in 2004, but as we remember that year's Ferrari was so totally dominant over the other cars he could walk the title.

In the all time fastest laps list, Schumacher has 76, then comes Prost with 41, and Raikkonen with 35.

  • @McLarenMercedes - Fastest laps don't mean jackshit. According to your logic If he was the fastest driver 35 times that means he should have won each of those 35 races then, which is absolutely wrong because fastest laps don't mean anything at all. And now where there's no refuelling i think they should just ban the dhl fastest lap award because webber is leading the fastest lap board by miles this year even though vettel has been whopping his ass left and right..

  • @Anime998877 No, but what it does show is that he had the raw speed in race conditions. In 2005 he was let down by severe reliability problems, in 2008 because he struggled to get heat into his front tyres AND had to haul that understeery thing around the track; he neeeds on oversteery car to really shine.

The point is, Raikkonen is one of the fastest F1 driver from recent years, if not THE fastest, and deserved more than his World Championship count shows.

  • @MetaKnightsKirby i agree 100%

  • @MetaKnightsKirby Agree, in his Ferrari times he also admitted the 2005 McLaren was the best car he ever drove.

  • @MetaKnightsKirby Yes. Yes. Yes and YES!

  • @Anime998877

Fastest laps mean you are the fastest lol they mean alot..Being the fastest doesnt mean you win races but it still means something

  • @MrJooked - No they mean you are the fastest for 1 lap of 1 race. They mean absolutely fuck all in terms of the final race result.

  • 2XX Kph, not 1m to the opponent and Kimi drives with one hand and plays on some buttons...

  • LOL he overtakes and pulls away... Kimi one of the best!

  • Banco Santander and Alonso quit Kimi from ferrari

  • Hamilton = SHIT

    Kimi = EPIC

  • @YklausK You = EVEN LESS THAN SHIT

  • @YklausK fail.

  • @YklausK i think hamilton is an uncorrect asshole .... but all drivers that want to win a world championship are assholes ..... i love ferrari and kimi ..... but in races all the drivers are uncorrect ..... there are no exception !

  • aww kimi definitly broke hamilton's pace on that pass.

  • Just can't see Massa or Alonso doing this... They're not bad but just can't see it... If I remember correctly Macca was also a lot faster on the straits than Ferrari during Spa 2008?

  • Yeah but unfortunately Kimi Smack the wall and cried :( Go on lewis!

  • *hamilton ^^

  • well hamiltons never gonna reach raikkonens level ;) just think about what raikkonen did in 2005 so freaking domating , of course he had the best car , no doubt about it . but on montoyas performance ( which was a REALLY high rated driver ;) ) u can see its not just the car. i mean suzuka 2005 ... comming from 17th and catching the leader in the last lap?! even though he got stuck behind schumacher for a good amount of laps .. these were the days of the real Raikkonen <33 lets see what hm can do

  • @Covzz09 Where is he now? Cant hack it, shame.

  • @skaterlukeH its not because he cant drive in f1 anymore .. its because he dont want to anymore ;) even renault came to him and wanted him to replace kubica ( because of his accident ) but he just did not want to ... so plz get the facts before replying some anti kimi stuff ^^

  • @Covzz09 Even Renault.. He would be lucky to get a drive there, he thinks hes better than that.. Clearly not. If Hispania offered him a seat he would'nt take that either.

  • @skaterlukeH hahaha :D at this point i will stop argueing with u ;) u will argue everything i`ll write because ur an anti kimi douche always trolling about him :) i dont care if u dont get the facts ur just trolling on the internet ... shame on u :p

  • @Covzz09 Bye :D

  • thats why kimi is king of spa

  • Kimi eats everybody in Eau Rouge :D

  • Nothing special, got nothing on Monza 07

    kimi sucks.

  • @skaterlukeH , and you're idiot and unfortunately, we can't change that.

  • @xKRgirl01 don't cry cause your lovers not in F1.

  • @skaterlukeH Your mom sucks for giving birth to you!!! Fag...

  • @skaterlukeH completely true. the pass lewis did at monza was out of this world. kimi was never as good as some people expected. over rated, i believe is the correct term for it

  • @garethkielty much love <3

  • @garethkielty What was so special about Monza pass? Hamilton was on completelly fresh tyres meanwhile Räikkönen had almost shot tyres. Futhermore Räikkönen had very sore neck due to the hard crash on friday. He couldn't break as late/hard as usually. Räikkönen has far more outstading performances under his belt than Hamilton. When they both have raced equal number of races we will see again who's better.

  • @KarpowSCX It was skilled... this was just a pass in a faster car.

  • f1 without kimi is good. but if he was still in f1 would be even better !!!

  • This video is misleading for those who did not watch the entire race, Kimi only overtook Hamilton because Hamilton has a spin on Turn 1 and was busy recovering from that mistake

  • F1 WITHOUT KIMI IS GOOD ALL THIS BASTARD PEOPLE ARE GONE :) PEACE F1 NOW!

  • Today there isn't battles like that between Arnoux and Villeneuve, the drivers simply give up after someone overtake them.

  • @Ayner5 no they dont "give up" they cant re pass as easily as arnoux villeneuve did because modern F1 cars have tonnes more downforce which makes it impossible for the car behind to get close enough to make a pass. In the 80's the cars had no downforce and massive chassis', which was the equivalant of driving with a massive air brake so when a car got in the slipstream, it had a massive acceleration boost

  • Fantastic Kimi.

  • Ssssss.... SO SWEET!!!

Excuse me, where can I watch the recording of the races of the F!?

I have looked in Google and nothing... :(

    PLEASE ANSWER ME.

  • great drivng...

  • @j23fhg2m Fuck off then!!

  • The overtaking manoeuvre wasn't anything special. What's incredible is the speed Kimi carries through the next series of corners!

  • I like it how Kimi adjusts the settings on his steering wheel while doing 180+mph while overtaking Lewis.

  • @ThePhantomMajor That what all of them do moron.

  • @ThePhantomMajor hahahaha, that's just Kimi, a cold guy from Finland=)

  • @ThePhantomMajor

yeah he is cool epic guy! Unfortunatly they cant eat icecream on the track. Just imagine what a amazing moment it would be: onboard cam of ham shows overtaking kimi with ice XDD

  • Ayrton Senna da Silva.....

    RIP

  • the 2008 ferrari is the best looking ferrari after the 2004 car !!!

  • @8911145533 I was being sarcastic.

  • lija de 180

  • @MetalHead1993666

Kimi of course. Also he had more natural speed. U cant train it, u must have it in blood.

  • He drives like hell..!

  • @MetalHead1993666

I agree with you but not entirely, I agree that Hamilton in especially 2008 was better than Kimi but I cannot agree that he is the best, anyway still one of the best nowdays ; )

  • @MetalHead1993666 Tell me why..

  • I agree the cars looked great back then! Now they look shit and dated!! I thought F1 was meant to be the pinnicale of motorsport! It's ashame it's going backwards these days!!!

  • Wow, he brakes so late compared to Lewis famous for breaking late into the corner.

  • Man, the cars looked so great back in 2008. Since 2009 they look like lawnmowers.

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig it's the 2007 car I think.

  • @Connactzor

    No m8, believe me, it's the 2008. 100000%

Still, the F2007 also looked great.

  • @Connactzor it's not, main difference(actually, one of the rare differences eye may see) between F2007 and F2008 are the sidepads on the car(near mirrors). on F2007 they're ''normal'' while on F2008 there is something like cut on them.

  • @Bucoalmighty

And, the steering wheel is different too...

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig McLaren 2008 Ferrari 2008 >>>>> rest

  • @3of And Ferrari was GREAT! But McLaren even better...

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig I think there were way too many aero bits on them. They looked cluttered.

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig ROFL!!! true

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig Oh stop criticizing the new stuff all the time. The new ones are more smooth with less bits sticking out from the car.

Just because the front wing is wider you're moaning. 10 years from now you'll be saying, the 2011 cars looked brilliant compared to this 2021 crap.

  • Comment removed

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig Ok. Im sorry. A lot of people don't consider how nice the new cars look, and I blamed you. I shouldn't have. Sorry.

  • @nickJod1234

It's ok m8, I liked for example the 2010 cars quite a lot, and I hope the 2011 cars will look even better. I'm not angry at u or sth. and I appreciate the fact that u apologized here on YT. Let's forget about it.

  • @nickJod1234

Btw I guess u r a huge F1 fan, so we should stay united hehe :-)

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig Yeah I like this sport. It's a bit slow though... just joking, hehe. United is the best. F1 vrrm, vrrooom!

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig i think the 2009/10/11 cars look better with the new front wings and no flaps, but thats just my opinion :)

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig Lawnmowers with V-8's that redline at 18,000 RPM muahahaha!!

  • @joelc87

That's why I said "look like" and not "sound like".

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig Agreed, in 2008, they were the sexiest casr ever. In 2010 they were the ugliest things ever, in 2011 there better, but still not as good as 2008!

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig they looked great, too bad they were so aero reliant that they did not allow overtake. Now there's plenty of overtake, its better.

  • @nixxxon18 That's not right. There are only plenty of overtakes caused by DRS, not by the new shape of the cars, in fact, overtakes got even more difficult in the yeas 2009, 2010. So, with DRS on the "old" cars. we would have seen much more overtakes too. Btw, I wouldn't really call the DRS-overtakes real overtakes, it's just pressing a button and going through. For me, an overtakes should always be a heroic act, and not like this.

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig no, its not about the DRS, its the aerodynamics and downforce of the cars that were heavily reduced. Look at year 2010, there was no DRS and there was a lot of overtaking, way more than in 2009 and beffore

  • @nixxxon18 You just proved my point with saying that in 2009 there were not many overtakes.

  • @ImFasterThanTheStig well, i did not mean to prove your point, basically i did a mistake, i meant 2008 and before

  • There is no Monaco without Ayrton, there is no Spa without Kimi. The ultimate driver's circuits show the ultimate driver's drivers. :-) When I reviewed the 10 Monaco GsP Ayrton participated in, I found to my shock that he actually was the best driver every single time (he won 6, was about to win 7th, was so far ahead in 8th that he lost concentration, his engine died in 9th when he started from pole, and he qualified and finished 3rd against two unbeatable McLaren cars - his teammate DNQ!!!).

  • @jakubkrcma And even in the race he qualified and finished "only" 3rd (1986) in a completely incompetitive car, he led for 7 laps! His teammate that season won the British Formula Three with 10 WINS in 1984 and Le Mans in 1988, so you can only IMAGINE how good Senna (who won British F3 in 1983) had to be to qualify THIRD, when SUCH a good driver as Johnny Dumfries couldn't qualify better than 8th ALL SEASON!!! AS was 2nd and surely about to win (race stopped after 31L) in 1984 starting 13th!!!

  • F1 without Kimi is NOTHING

  • @j23fhg2m F1 without Kimi is just the same...
