To be fair that ain't too bad... Whatever note you are hitting, try and relax your throat so it doesn't sound to strangled, and you can make your voice brighter by making sure you resonate in the nasal cavity. The bizarre idea that might help too is imagining you are breathing in through a mouth in your stomach, thinking this makes your breath deep, and will help support your voice in a more relaxed and confident way... I know what a howling cat sounds like, and your vid was significantly better sounding than that. At the bar I go to I don't get any cool coasters, only $6 pitchers of domestic beer. Am I missing out?
