  • Our president is out to lunch. The 1967 borders are indefensable. Wake up.

  • I believe this is what's called speaking truth to power.

  • 67 borders? The "territories" were occupied by Egypt and Jordany before 67. There never existed a palestine state. But now more and more states will recognize "Paelstine" and then the antichrist will coming leading the whole world against Israel. And then Jesus Christ comes back to save Israel.

  • YOU idiots who are against the Chosen People, the Zionists.....Look here and tell me who is in command, idiot American President Obama or NETANYAHU the Prime Minister of Israel. The American Law Makers who are under our payroll gave a standing ovation to Netanyahu. We can impeach the bastard Obama for talking about pre 1997 border any time we want.

  • @Omegafrost69 I hope the government fucks your life up for what you just said you fucking terrorist bastard! They are going to be on your corny ass like flies on shit! You fucking moronic douchebag! I would say these things to your gay ass face right now! You wouldn't do shit because you're a pathetic jackass! You're a fake-ass coward that's all talk in these Internet comment pages! In person I'd bank you'd pee your pants if I was to utter a single word to your ugly ass! You pathetic loser!

  • I CANT WAIT TILL THE WORLD FIGURES OUT THAT ISRAEL BLEW UP THE TOWERS AND ALL THE VERMINE ZIONISTS ARE BEGGING FOR THERE SHORT LIVES TO BE SPARED. HAHA. SOON COME HAHA

  • Netanyahu needs to leave his pit-bull mentality behind when he leaves Israel for the US next time around. Thickheadedness and stupidity is unstatesmanlike

He is absolutely an idiot for addressing our president as "YOU" on two occasions. President Obama is our leader and the holder of the highest office in the land. Israel is powerless without aid from the US. President Obama was only referring to pre-1967 border status between Palestine and Israel.

Netanyahoooo is not looking for peace.

  • imagine that i came to your home and kicked you out all the while using the argument that God had promised my family your home thousands of years ago....this has been the argument that Palestinians have had to swallow since the creation of Israel....Now if they are able to get over that and come to the peace table, then Israel itself shouldbe able to make concessions. ALL people are equal, ALL people have the right to self determination.

  • @alexgomez83 "this has been the argument that Palestinians have had to swallow since the creation of Israel" If you look in a history book you might just notice that "Palestine" POST DATES, Israel. Before Palestine ever existed the same territories were occupied by Jordan and Egypt.

  • You're confusing "nation" with "state". My comment comes from the fact that Palestinians have never had a "state" of the own. Meaning a self governing body of their own. yes the "nation"--meaning a group of people who share customs, language etc, existed pre 1948, but the "state" did not. Whether or not the "nation" existed is not the issue here. The "state" is what is being denied to them by Israel. Do not fret, it is a common mistake to a novice trying to argue politics

  • @alexgomez83 so your only argument is semantics, sorry but semantics don't hold validity against a sovereign nations claim to their borders. And even putting semantics aside the very template you describe very easily pertains to the Jews which occupied the land over 2 thousand years ago and were driven out by the Romans.

  • Pres. Obama is saying nothing different than Pres Bush said when he was in office!!!!!!!!!! When Bush said it, it was totally over looked. In-fact most presidents that dealt with this same issue have said the same thing Pres Obama has just said!!! What the HELL!!! Why does Obama get attention for saying the same thing that other presidents have said??? You're a bunch of right Wing FOOLS!!! Some of you are a bunch of stupid idiot haters!!!! GO OBAMA!!! 2012 is totally in your future Mr. Obama!

  • @despabikes The difference is Bush paid lip-service to Palestinian aspirations for statehood, while giving Israel the green light to use whatever military force it liked to continue the status quo. Obama has told Israel since day one that while the USA remains Israel's ally, it is time for Israel to develop a new paradigm, while at the same time the USA has supported the wave of changes across the Middle East.

Do you think Mubarak would have resigned if Bush was in power? Not a chance.

  • @despabikes From this soundbite or two, you're right. In fact, there is zero substance to what Obama said. But aside from this, when the entire thing is taken into accord, you are way off. Netanyahu repeatedly used the words, "Not gonna happen." in reference to the Palestinian state. Name me another foreign leader that so bluntly shot down an American President! An ally, no less. Obama just got flat out embarrassed! He just showed himself to the world as one of the weakest leaders.

  • @TribeFan7Lofton You are way off buddy!...You misunderstood the whole thing! Pay more attention next time. It's creepy how ignorant some people are!!!

  • @TribeFan7Lofton I'm not talking about this tiny excerpted video, I'm talking about the full length video. I would have posted that comment in the full length video but they prohibit comments in the particular video I watched. First of all Obama only requested 1967 border switch. Bottom line Netanyahu is the leader of Israel not Obama. Israel is not seen as our enemy so obama won't give any orders because this would be improper, he can only make requests! They do agree on most issues though!

  • @TribeFan7Lofton You say "He(Obama) just showed himself to the world as one of the weakest leaders" Wrong! Many other presidents have looked much worse than you say Obama did (I don't think Obama looked bad at all) Bush was disrespected 100x worse than your claims on Obama. Remember the famous shoe throwing at Bush? The shoe thrower wasn't even a head of state! He was a guy in his 20's that had absolutely no respect for Bush and he showed it to the world. He wasn't even from the US! That's weak!

  • @despabikes HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Wow, okay--so we should judge a President's strength on the opinion of a 20-some year old Iraqi who tossed a shoe?!?!?! WOW. WOW. You don't even deserve any further attention. You're already lost.

  • @TribeFan7Lofton I lost??? No buddy it's the other way around, you're lost! The 20 year old is just one famous example. I didn't mention all the other incident's where Bush was disrespected by very capable people here on American soil! Bush & Obama can not be compared. Pres Obama is much more coherent!! If you can't see that, you're a total idiot! YOU DUMB ASS!!! You exaggerate any little negative thing Obama does and overlook all the good he does! Don't bother replying! I won't! HATING FOOL!!

  • @despabikes :D

  • obama got schooled. In front of the world.

  • @dgallegos4201 Not nearly as bad as Bush when that man from Iraq threw two shoes at him! This pales in comparison. Obama did fine!

  • What I want to know is:

what have the Palistinians brought to the table to merit talking about a settlement. Land for peace is a metaphor for a smaller Israel, a disappearing Israel.

And, for President Obama to have declared what Israel should do or not do just before meeting with the Israels' Prime Minister Netanyahu was insulting to both nations.

  • it was nice to see netanyahu slap down b.o.'s naivety

  • Obama is the worst President the USA ever had!

  • What a load of crap, from both of them. Delusional.

  • Netanyahu is a war criminal

  • am israel chai

    kahane was right !

  • Obama is the best friend Israel has had in White House for at least 20 years. GWB was a disaster for Israel and Israeli security

  • We need to get rid of Obama ,so America can support Israel again.I plan on voting only on those who support Israel.Am Yisrael Chai!!!!

  • @ahoovah100 Have you been paying attention to events in the Middle East lately? Israel has no choice but to find a genuine and lasting peace with the Palestinians, otherwise Israel will find herself isolated both in the Middle East and internationally. Israel can no longer rely on militarism & occupation to obtain short term security. Its time for the long-game now

Israel is going to have to end the occupation, with reciprocal land swaps, and accept Jerusalem is the capital city of two states.

  • I feel the same way.

Israel has changed it's stance, or more correctly reported stance, with every PM. We've had the media claims of about what? 4-6 plans? Israel must be specific so that it can defend it's arguments and rights. More people will stand behind Israel if they know what Israel's end plans and demands are... When Israel continues being unspecific, it seems confused to some who are sympathetic.

For Israelis this issue sounds like semantics, but for others it's a core issue.
