I think that this was one of the best storylines that the show has ever done and that the ending was really abrupt and kind of confusing. Apparently the producers said that the viewing numbers were down because of these two but as far as im concerned that is the biggest load of bollocks!!!!

how perfect of a partner is oliver. i cry when he delivers the line "im gay. but i have a partner...." (2:04) he has so much love in his voice talking about sierra and kyle. if every man (gay or straight) were like oliver there would be so many less divorces and broken homes. they both are a fine example of what a gay relationship is all about.

On the bright side, Kyle and Fish get something few soap characters ever really have- a happy, conclusive ending. Kyle and Fish live happily ever after this way, further down the road, they could have broken up, cheated on each other, etc.

Okay, I had trouble scrolling down and seeing the posts, so now I know some of the story, but I agree, it's bullshit that they thought the characters were bringing the ratings down. This story line was the only reason I watched the show! Man, will homophobia ever loosen its hold on Hollywood? I'll keep checking back with You Tube in hopes they'll be brought back, but no way am I tuning in on the TV to watch.

they call that an ending? fuck this shit, even Stacy had a "proper" ending. this thing started as a great thing but ended to be a disaster, horrible, all the things the network and producers wanted to do and achieved were buried with this shameful CRAP.

This storyline could have still gone on, as a writer I could have put Kish together in a house or apartment living together with the baby and showing them being parents for the first time, like early morning feedings and balancing work and a baby and so on...I mean they could have kept this story going if they were smart!!
