  • To Maalve1 and Ginnolla. Sorry folks, but although this song was performed in Edinburgh, I got reminded on Irish folk music instead of Scottish.

  • You know Edingburgh is in Scotland?

  • Irish yoiu say? SCOTTISH FOLK MUSIC!!!!!

  • damn why wasn't I there??? great music!

  • i love irsh folk music, has such a rich feeling to it that i love to hear and dance too...if i would like ot live someplace else it would be in irlend, history is cool (though sad at times) the sceary is awesome too :P

  • the cambells are coming

  • same here, from sweden thou, this music is the best music! i usually listen to hip hop / rap, this is faaaar from that kind of music still this music is insane tbh, love it!

  • The first tune is indeed The Campbells are Coming

  • im American and i would love to go into a pub and drink and listen to this,

    amazing music. sucha great feeling.

  • sounds a bit like "the cambels (or campels) are coming" =)

  • I'm hoping I live enough to see something like this happen in front of my eyes.

    I'm far away from Ireland.

  • Get yourself over then. What's to stop you? We have a night a month in a pub not far from where I live. I take the guitar, and others take all manner of things, pipes, harmonica's (of all sizes, some beyond belief!) whistles, accordions. Always a great night. Long live live music. Long live REAL music!

  • what the name of the tunes?

i think tha last one of them is "sligo maid"

  • The last one is "The Mist On The Mountain" - jig

  • Nanakins1, you're right, but for me was the same good music like the bands play at each pub in Dublin.

Honzys23 I don't know the song to be honest, but I recorded this video at Sandy Bell's pub in Edinburgh, drinkin' tasteful ales there.

    Thanks for watching!

  • im not sure if all music sounds the same:P but later in the video it sounds like the "celtic fire" from some of michael flatleys shows

  • where to play Irish folk then a pub? this is like the ultimate chill-kick back moment i would ever have if i played this style of music. Beer, friends+great music+an audience= memories for life

  • This is why Ireland is one of the finest country's in the world

  • I just hafta move there when I graduate!!!!

  • People you are great when someone says I watched an Irish band play this is the picture that jumps into mind, nice one.

  • love the way that the band sit about the table with their beers to play

  • there not payed they just come and play for the fun of it

  • People playing are Gordon Turnbull (flute); Rebecca Knorr (flute); Kathryn Nicol (fiddle); Kenny Curtis (Bouzuki); Cathy Sharp (fiddle)

It is a great pub - this is the Monday night session.

  • A nice set! Looks like a cozy pub...
