Samsung Galaxy Tab Email & Touch Typing

Who the hell wants to type with thumbs?!? Not "fantastic" at all.

I type 85 words per minute - all 10 fingers - I just think it, and it comes up on the screen. The only reason I am stuck with the iPad is because it allows typing, for those who type. Everything else allows hunting and pecking.

Try writing business emails all day with your thumbs - gets old really fast.

hahahaha.. this tab copies ios in ever way. its kinda hilarious.. they basically took an ipad took everthying brought to the table that the ipad had, copied everthying they could, things they couldn't they didn't attempt, and then they overpriced it, gave it a camera and gave it 3g.. like i said hilarious..

e-mail looks really ugly to me on the galaxy tab. . .not that looks really matter i guess.

one thing i do like that the tab was able to do with e-mail that i can't do with my ipad. . .is mark e-mails as spam, really wish i could do this on the ipad.

Samsung's built in Email app works MUCH MUCH better than the Gmail application on the Galaxy Tab.

It utilizes the extra space of the Galaxy Tab by using the two panes: list of emails on the left, with its preview on the right. Where as the Gmail application only shows the list, and completely takes over the screen once you open the preview of it.

email on android really disappointed me. iOS handles email appear much better imo (e.g. emails from sites like amazon appear as they're sent not just as text)

I would definitely have to try the tab before making the big choice between the iPad or the Tab as I find iOS the most easiest to type on.

Excellent,been waiting to see this video just so i can see how responsive the sansativity is the on screen keyboard as compared to the Ipad,To me it's look's just as good,So far ive been very impressed indeed with the feature's on this Galaxy Tab,Thank's Dave for all the effort you have gone to to demonstrate this fantastic product :)
