Soundtrack Pro Quicktips: The Multi-take Editor

I am creating a multi-track project in Soundtrack Pro (MAC) and trying to record a synth track (Roland VP-550) over existing tracks. I have my headphones plugged directly into the MAC to follow existing tracks as I record.

As I am recording, the part I am recording is not in sync with the pre-recorded tracks I am trying to accompany. They are about a beat apart from the track I am recording. Can you point me toward information on this? Help! I’m stuck and it's holding up a project. Thanks!

say im going to record drum and i got like 7 different mics i hook up in to a mixer adn then record it can i record it all in different tracks or what?

How do you export whatever you have in Soundtrack Pro and make it go into final cut? I have a video and sound effects in Soundtrack Pro, and i cant figure out how to import it into final cut. PLEASE HELP ASAP. IM STUCK. THANKS!

just compress it coth compressor , compressor will ask you how to compress it , do the af whatever, by the way that u found on file

So when your done how do you update it so it shows up on your project on final cut pro 6?
