  • holy shit

  • Awesome!!!

  • I love how when a ship gets fired at or damaged the internal lights flicker that looks amazing

  • Nice camera work. Were the explosion plumes afterburn?

  • WOW

  • where did you get the laser sound effects from?

  • @conmanguyler sorry i forgot 8( but they are free! google it

  • I know it's over a year late to say this, but you should do more videos like this... I really like the continuous camera movement and explosions. Then again, while you are obviously very good at animating, I have no idea how good you are at modeling... still, more stuff like this would be awesome.

  • give it to lucasarts

  • Your Destroying The Reputation Of The Republic And The Venators!

  • this would be awsome if u could see from outside a cockpit looking at a battle

  • SICK

  • where is the enemy? :D

  • I liked the fluctuating lights, how did you do that? was it by turning the texture for the lights on and off? or were they done in after effects?

  • Hardcore

  • Very nice.Well I still dislike some stuff like the effects and 1 from the venator model. The explosions are not so original and the venator ship is not like a triangle in hte front, just before the left and right sides connect in hte front there is a little piece like a wall, not a spike like a treangle, but the rest is ok.

  • what is The Program that you use?

  • the explosions are ok, the only problem is too much red in it. there's no oxygen in space.

Ich lerne Deutsch auch! Aber Ich spreche schlecht. Sollen Wir plaudern?

  • + how the hell can the cruisers fall down? its SPACE xD no gravity.

  • Forfce applied from explosion?

    Or orbiting a planet?

  • you cannot see any planet under them, and if there are, its too far away from any gravity to catch the cruisers like that.

  • the only thing i can think of as for ships moving "sinking" in space would be adequate force impacting th objec so that it pushed the ship or alters its main thrusters some how. by that alone ships could "sink" in space in any direction.

  • Interdictors are known for being able to create planetary scale gravity wells, could just say that there was one nearby.

but yeah it's a test, would be cool to see ships go out of control into different directions though.

I'm more concerned about what could have done that to venators, a CIS equivalent of a Mandator perhaps?

It would be nice to see more Venators along the flanks and up and down, rather than just all in a line in the next version, with faster Turbolaser bolts.

    Incredible work

  • not a good starwars exsplosion but cool

  • Thats awesome!

  • SO AWESOME. Great job freakymicky!

  • star warz. beeeeyoooooooow!!!

  • just one gripe. lol. the camera shakes seem a little slow or i dunno fake kinda. cant really put my finger on it. but other than that, damn dude. u blew me away! and who doesn't love star wars amirite? lol :)

    EPIC!!!!

btw, did u use proxies for those ships in the distance?

  • thx, coorrect, evry ship is a vrayproxie!

  • the effects and everything are so amazing it looks like im watching the ep 3 intro. no joke. i wouldn't know the difference.

  • @freakymicky can you teach me abaut 3dsmax i dont get it.like show me how to make venator, space and liser fire plzz

  • YES!! about time! What program is that, still 3Ds Max. What renderer do you use?

On another note who decided to pack all the ships together... like shootin' fish in a barrel... you know except they're ships in outer space shooting lasers :P

  • another great vid ;)

  • THIS IS WHY I LOVE YOU.

  • haha very very nice! looks awesum! as for all of the peeps saying they shoodnt go down... hoo cares? maybe the controls have been jammed downwards or something

  • yea lol it would be useless without that and the massive explosions lol

  • Watching this in full screen is fkin amazing :D

  • WOW

  • 9000*

  • how many frames is this? 900?

  • must be alot more than 500 hundred if its that crisp.

    P.S. WHAT PROGRAM IS THAT

  • Im not sure how there is smoke in space, but ok!

  • they do that in all space movies. i don't get it either.

  • Oxygen released in a vacuum is still oxygen, and can still ignite.

  • Awesome! But why does the ships allways go "down" instead of floating up or something? I mean, they are in space! Up is down and down is up! If they are over a planet with a strong gravity field I can understand... :P

  • em eeh, und the ships is a super massive blackhole ;)

hey, its a test. i dont forget to put a planet in. i cant find one with goog resoultion in short time.

    thx

  • lol but they fall down in the starwars movies too! xD If there was more particle effects in the explotions I would think that this was taken right from the movies! :D

  • @freakymicky can you show me how to make space battle on 3ds max i dont get it

  • @snorreproductions The ships would float in direction of that the blast was heading. Newtons Laws XD

  • Probably a deleted scene :P

  • AWESOME

  • best animations ever

  • So awesome
