If you can't do Karate properly (so many blunt punches and low kicks with almost no Kime... A proper Gedan-Mawashi Geri, delivered by a trained Karateka is supposed to take the knee out and end a fight..) at least loose the Gis and stay in your panties so we won't get board of watching you...
