I see that when singing the song live the lead singer can get no where close to the pitch on the last part of this song..Its what happens in recording studios, they modiffy lyrrics (make them higher)..By the way I allways thought that thuis short little lead singer has a strong resemblance to the lead singer of the band Starship (both in appeareance and vocals)
