for me it wasnt that hard to loose weight, I had been overweight my whole life until 3 years ago and I started training boxing again and went outside running 6km a day, lost 16 kg in 2 months... U just need to have the right mindset, the right motivation, I didn't want to be the guy the girls are just friends with ^^ so I made up my mind and haven't looked back
