  • I was there that night: fab!!

  • They just don't sing and perform with this kind of class and style. Just such a shame !

  • what a song....

  • Driving nostalgia back in droves. One of my Sunday favorites back in the 80s! I can still recall the voices of Ngozi Ibegbu or Uju Anyaduba then at ABS, signing out with this or other sweet tunes.

  • really good loved the choreography.

  • the only think that i dont like about this song is that it is TOO SHORT. i love it, love it, love it

  • not the voice on the original

  • lead vocal is the original of the recording: Sheila Ferguson. we also have the original voice of Valerie Holiday - only Helen Scott not because that was Fayette Pinkney !

  • @daylamont When, When Will I See You Again was first recorded by The Three Degrees in 1974, the line-up of the group was: Shiela Ferguson, Fayette Pinkney and Valerie Holiday. On this performance only Fayette is missing from the original line-up, who sang this song originally. Helen Scott also did not originally sing this song when it was first recorded.

  • Love it!!! Love the dresses too.

  • A timeless classic by three lovely ladies!

  • These women simply were spectacular Ebony

  • Ah the sound of Philadelphia circa 1974. Songs like this first made me appreciate pop/rock music when I was a kid.

  • i was at this concert ,i was in the 3rd row front stalls ,it was a magical evening ,i was 16 years old

  • I wish I could have seen this show in its entirety. It was really editied down. My grandparents were at this show. Only time my grandmom got to see them perform before she passed.

  • It that the singer who recorded the radio hit version?

  • Well, the lead is Sheila and that's the voice of the original. We also have Valerie and she's an original voice of the record too. Only Helen came in later replacing Fayette.

  • @ytgm00 Helen was in the group in 1963 with Fayette she did not replace her she left and came back later in 1976 so she was an original member

  • i know - thank you.

  • @pagan164 Actually, Helen in NOT an original member. True, she joined the group the same year they got together, but only after two of the original members quit with in months of the groups forming (Linda Turner and Shirley Poole were the other two originals with Fayette). Helen left in '66, and rejoined in '76 taking over the spot left vacant by the departing Fayette Pinkney.....the only original member to remain with the group through it's most successful years: '67-'76.

  • Fantastic performance ladies...awesome harmony :)
