I learned to appreciate Star Wars & Star Trek and similar Sci-Fi productions as an adult more or less. Although i did see Star Wars in the theatre in 1977 (my sister was into it so she took me) I wasn't moved like i was for Superman & Saturday Night Fever.
hahaha! I showed the movie to my teenagers too and they also laughed! But hey those were our times, and I am proud of them too even if a lot people make fun of the disco era we had fun!!!
