  • sus barre chord on 6th string would strech w your little finger two frets higher than usual

  • these r sus2 chords

  • This makes me want to drink whiskey in the mountains by a quiet fire.

  • Suspended 4? these chords suspend the 3th, and your playing the 2nd , there these chords are sus 2 chords..

    Right?

  • I use these chords a lot. That's because open strings sounds usually better. These chords are also very James Taylorish. Very pure and cool sounds.

  • Thanks Z

  • Awesome!!

So a sus barre chord with the root on the 5th string is just a minor without the middle finger.

How do you do a sus barre chord with a root on the 6th string?

    =]

    Thanks,

    Dm

  • well the way it looks, yes..it LOOKS like a minor minus the middle finger but theoretically I would not think of it like that. as for the 6th string form it would be ..for example G,D,G, C (instead of B) then D G on the bottom two strings

  • thanks Z keep em coming!
