@vdossa02 Thanks! I got my dotting tools off ebay-- I got a set of 5 different sized ones for a total $3 :) Just go to ebay and search for "dotting tools." However, for the longest time I used the end of a bobby pin to make dots, so that should work just fine!

@SCplusKC Check your local dollar store. :) While I didn't get my red striper from there (I got it in a set on Amazon), I do have four stripers (and they're not no name brands: they're LA Colors Art Deco, which is pretty popular) from my dollar store.
