well, the moron left the wallet, it's not a theft if you FIND something somewhere. he didn't STEAL the wallet, that's like walking up the street and finding a wallet. not a theft. not a crime.
still - I would most probably call the owner and return the wallet, not so much because of the money, but because of the IDs, cards, and other stuff in the wallet which is really a PAIN in the ass to collect again. :P I don't need $20 or $50 from somebody else anyway, I got my own money :P

@dootzky He didnt find just ONE dollar or five or fifty or even 100 bucks. This guy clearly paid with the other dudes cash and took off with his entire wallet, I.D. credit/debit cards and whatever else was in there. The video does not show if he gave it back to the dude, but my assumption is that most likely he didn't give it back.

I called one of the numbers on the phone/spoke to a doctor's daughter and arranged for delivery. The appreciation for the good deed was payment enough. To know what is right and not do it, is a crime. MY OPINION, NO HATERS PLEASE!
How do you know it wasn't his friend coming back in to grab his wallet ... he might have been in the car and said, "Hey, Bill, go in and grab my wallet, will ya?" because Bill might have been coming in to get some crap himself, so he picks up the wallet for his friend or something. There's more to any story if you check into it.
