@wannaplaytrmptjmu - because they have been playing since 7am. The whole band goes through a 3 hour rehearsal where they play all the music that will be played later that day. They get maybe a 2 hour break and then have to start warming up for the game. They then play pre-game...during the first half...halftime...during the 2nd half and then play a post-game (sometimes 2 whole shows). I can attest to this as I used to be one of these leads playing the "screaming" parts.
you really dont know how massive they are untill they march right past you......at a competition they arent in the competition....and you go right after them in full blow shock because your high school band just got crushed but hey i thought it was fuckin sweet
why did those leads have trouble hitting a G? I would have thought that they'd have played the solo sections a bit better. =(

Good job. I like the combinations of the two songs. We played this in 88 at Jax State in Alabama. I love Firedance.
