See if I got this right, with the ad ons you where able to get 4HP more, Is that right ? 87RWHP to 91 RWHP. How much did all that cost to add. I am sure it picked up HP & TQ troughout the rev range, because of those add ons. Sounds great, looks good to boot.
@ylism The start at 87 rear wheel HP was after the Two Bros. slip ons were installed so I don'y know what the stock exhaust HP was. I spent a lot off bucks for the 4 HP K&N filter, Two Bros cans. and the dyno. I will say this: The bike ran very strong and throttle was much improved. All around worth the fun I had wit this bike. I no longer own it.

ive seen LOTS of people have issues with getting the right horsepower on these bikes for somereason.. and i can't really put my finger on it, the yamaha specs for the 06 05 07 versions are 94Bhp ( crank ) to the wheels i dunno, but it's a long way from 77, unless you are talking 77 to the wheels, but still seems a little.. to low , in any case, it has more power than the other bikes in it's class so meh, sv650, ninja 650, kawasaki zr7s, kawasaki zr750 ect ect, GO Fz6 :p
@Poofybal Yeah 91 RWHP K&N air box opened up Two Brothers Racing Exhaust. P1 db killers. That bike made good ponies. I now have a K7 Zookie SV1000s that I bought new off the showroom floor. Makes more ponies, lots of low end torque, tunable suspension, slipper clutch, steering damper and lots O fun!
@nccoder I think he was thinking of the New FZ6r, cuz they are 77hp. Pretty sad they dropped HP in the new ones even tho that single headlight is fugly...........Nice Vid anyways

91 RWHP 42.2 on the torque. It runs a lot better in every respect after getting it tuned. My MPG also jumped up.

That's a 2 Brothers Racing. It's a dual under-tail slip on. Really nice company in Santa Ana Ca.
