No worries on attempting to build a bike such as this. There are plenty of resources. Just look at the SOHC forum. It is a wealth of good people and CB750 knowledge.
You're an artist (video) and an awesome mechanic, I really like this rebuild.
I'm trying to get my dad's cbf 750 running, can't even turn the gas grip, I'll need to build up some mech skills, never done anything like this before :-D

Just do what I am doing on my 1978.
Buy a new 1975 wiring harness and wire it as a 1975.
That way you can get all new wiring harness parts.
