Well...as shown in C&C3, people "infected" with Tiberium gain various enhancements and can live in a Tiberium enviroment, a place were the rest die.

Well, as Nod understand it, converting from carbon-based lifeforms to Tiberium-based, you take "the next step in evolution."

Maybe TNC15 is a neutral news broadcasting station that contains neither GDI nor NOD propanga news reports. LLC1 could be a Forgotten-sponsored TV channel for mutants and KTS could be an anti-mutant propaganda TV channel.
