Corrrect, but if you can minitub it, and not ruin the car, and have it set like a car, run 10.5 tires, and have this kind of traction and power, why screw it all up putting huge tires on it and making it worthless? To me the cars like this, that still look like cars are way better. Even if their ET's are a little slower. At least they are still cars.
I like them better when they look like cars off the street too. My Camaro looks like it's off the street. It is back-halfed and tubbed. All steel and glass. Stock ride height. So a car can be tubbed and look stock. Not sure you would call what I did a mini-tub, the old wheel wells were cut completely out and a new aluminum tub was installed in place of it.

I see videos like this, guys dragging the bumpers with 10.5" tires, and their cars still look like cars. Makes me wonder why anyone would tub one.
