Yeah with every team that he's been with they've been a playoff contender team. I think that it'll do Russell good to sit on the bench for a year an dwatch Garcia and hopefully pick his brain and become a better QB. I don't know what team you've been watching but the defense hasn't held down shit in like 20 years. Pittsburgh and Baltimore defenses hold shit down give up 15 points per game the Raiders give up 23.And if Garcia is so great why is making 1 million dollars this year. How did Davis make a mistake?? Raiders needed a receiver, he went with bey because he knew the kind of headache and attitude Crabtree would bring, its no secret he wanted nothing to do with the raiders( and obviously now, nothing to do with the niners either) so he went with someone who had the speed he likes, plus the attitude, humbleness and willingness to learn from his mistakes. He may drop passes, but he is up against the best DB in the league every day in camp. He will get better.
