Awesome Job Man, I am very interested in Weighted pullup/ chinup training and i just recently hit a plateau in my weighted chins at 100lbs for 2-3reps. My Normal workout consist of 2 sets of 5-10 body-weight chin/pulls then i go straight into about 6sets of 100lbs. I have not been seeing results lately any recommendations on a new training method?
Dale Harder of Speed and strength has a category for total weight, right now I have that record of 402 lbs.
GWR doesn't have such category.
This is for Guinness World Records their category only accounts for the weight you attach to yourself, there is no current record holder for this category so they set the min at 200 lbs.
no problem, I asked if GWR would add a total weighted category but they added a weight added one instead. oh well I hope the approve and send me my certificate.

The most I can do is three days in a row then two days off.
Usually its every other day with two consecutive days off one a week.
