@XYUnknowXY If you must know, I don't agree with stupid behavior like having sex before marriage, drinking alcohol, going clubbing but concerts are not as bad as clubbing! I've been to two concerts and we did not dance with boys or talk to them at all! So I thought there was a very GREAT limit! Because I am the type of girl who hates having to talk to random boys and I am very shy as well. I am 21 and because of Islam and its rules I still keep my virtue intact and have yet to have a boyfriend.

I just feel that a person who is lecturing about concerts not being appropriate shouldn't have a Youtube account either because listening to music and watching videos is also a sin. @berwudhu If you want someone that represents a true muslimah then go to the middle eastern countries and you'll get women who TRULY aren't allowed to speak to men other than their husbands/family, women who aren't allowed to drive even, etc. I'm a proud Malay woman who has been to two concerts before and who also wears the hijab. Malay women are allowed to drive, wear colors instead of the black and we can certainly go to concerts. Just as long as we do it in moderation and still pray.

i wear hijab but am a bit liberal with the whole shaking hands thing. i tend to just shake somebody who's not accustomed to the culture but with men who are used to not shaking hands with women outside the family, then i just wont do it cuz it makes them feel uncomfortable and i can understand that.
