  • Thank you so much this is wonderful:)

  • This is how I have been storing my ribbon for years! Mine are also in colour code, making it easier to colour match. Kay

  • Love your videos,i'm going to subscribe.

  • What a wonderful idea! I use these things for my cross stitch stuff never thought of it for ribbon! thanks for sharing! :D

  • You are so welcome! I'm so very glad I could help. I'd love to see the winder you used to wind your ribbon with...I may need to get me one of those! What did it look like?

  • Thanks! I've not had problems with creasing. Whether it creases depends on how tight you wrap the ribbon and also what kind of ribbon it is. If you do have creasing, you could always just get a ribbon iron if the creasing is bad on certain types of ribbon (like satin).

  • I do the same thing with my ribbon, but I just cut out ribbon holders from cardstock :)

  • Great idea! I'm lazy...I like to just buy the cards, LOL! Well, it's not total laziness I guess...I like the fact that the ribbon cards have the teeth in the middle so I can hold even the smallest pieces of my ribbons. Plus, I also like the fact that they have the guards on the top and bottom that keep the ribbon from sliding off. The hole in the top is a nice feature too, because I can take an O ring and slide ribbons on it for traveling to crops!

  • very nice

  • hi, where do you get those ribbon cards? I can't find anything but the tiny cardboard ones that are for floss??

  • I got them at Joann, Etc. If you can't find them in the store they have them on their website! :o)
