Get yourself a copy of flash. I use flash 8 even though it's a little outdated. Then file>import video. Select your video, and choose the option, display key frames in time-line, or something along those lines. Then create a separate layer, and draw away.

Sorry, I'm not really sure what's going on. Maybe the quality of your camera isn't that great to start off... Oh and if you stretch the video size, it's going to lose quality, so change the stage size, not the actual video.

Wow Lerky, that was a great video. Very entertaining and quite original. Certainly different from other Animation VS Animator animations. Make more please.

It's a program called flash, it's easy enough to do, just harder to make it look good.

You import a video into the program, and edit over the top of it.
