I agree. It doesn't completely satisfy me either. I don't suppose the end of TRHPS was meant to satisfy all desires given the coup that Riff-Raff staged but this cover seems to personify the imperfection that theTransylvanians (Riff-Raf and Magenta) decided was too extreme.

You hit the notes well most of the time, but I'm afraid you lack the quite desperate and sad atmosphere in your voice, but that would be necessary to express the song the best way. Try not to sing so powerful and maybe a bit higher.
