I think its funny that other people cant see the connection between venus project and permaculture. Most of the concepts of permaculture are just zero input zero waste local communities for food production. The earthship biotechture is just the same thing for housing and the venus project is something of an open source society for transport and manufacture.
Personally i think this is pure new world order driven, this is the carrot and the collapsing economy is the stick but hey i need a home!!!
just saying - some of these images are from the venus project and that is utterly non-permaculturalist. It is a techno-enthusiast project that envisions conveyor-belt farming inside buildings in the city. Permaculture is learning from nature and becoming part of it, not seperating oneself from it in huge concrete skyscrapers or floating cities. We, the human animal have to be part of "Gaia", or Earth!
@auroraglacialis What's really important is that we work with people who are at least recognise our true current global situation. As Permaculturalists we have a better chance of working together with the Veus project mob, than your average republican party. These days it would be wise to be counting our simalarities, not our differences.
This vid uses so many mentally stimulating frequencies. Seems like there might be a hint of subliminal messaging here. Finally I see a worthy cause for such a practice lol. I'm against mind control tactics in most cases, but most humans need to get back in touch with the system we are part of.
when people complain about the costs of organic foods then they ought to realise that the non-organic foods that they are eating are destroying our planet. The chemicals and pesticides are poisoning us.... by rapid drip feed.
@millionheartsofgold Many of the so called "cheap" processed foods, only seem cheap, until one realizes that Corn which is subsidized with tax payers money, is also part of the cost.
then you must also include health costs, eating unhealthy chemical ridden food, makes people sick, which we all pay for.
buying Organic from local markets, helps your community, saves energy ( imported fuels ) and just plain tastes better.
One of the main reason we became so "Urbanised" is because of the Fiat money debt system driving farmers from the land. Yes the cities are important but the main priority is nurturing the remaining arable land (using biochar, microbes and biodynamics).
@FreemanOftheMind Great point...I've been reading "Take the Rich off Welfare" or "wealthfare" as they often say...In the book, it claims that subsidies are what's destroying the farmers and farms...they claim that New Zealand ended their sudsidies to farmers, it ended up being better for all
Cool video. I like the science-fiction take on presenting this idea. I read "End of the Dream" by Philip Wylie years and years ago as a kid. That was good science-fiction then and now because it was relevant; just like your work here. I'm subbing to your channel and looking forward to more.
3 years before tipping point? Tipping point happened a long time ago.
