What freak would ever dislike this video? Hmm? Loser thats who..I saw the entire group along with Rick Wakeman in "79" they were called "The Incredible Yes" back then. I was 16 years old..Lol..The sound system was suspended in the air surrounding the auditorium in Omaha. The stage was round and it rotated one way then you wouldnt notice it started to rotate the other way..Also Jon Anderson wore sparkling robes that changed colors in the lights. And Rick Wakemen hit the lowest note I ever heard!
I was at this show....died and went to progrockin' heaven, we did!! they were so on it that night ... as good or better than the Union Tour performance I saw. Tasteful edits btw ... this is a good DVD to buy, one I return and introduce others to.
These guys need to pull it together for another tour, they can totally do it and should.
Thank you for posting this. I can't tell you how many times I've watched this masterpiece. Jon looks like he's having the greatest time. Steve's playing is mesmorizing. I've never seen them live and fear I might not ever...missed a real treasure if that's comes true.
Jon Anderson makes the funniest gestures when he sings. I've never seen yes, and I fear they might be retiring soon. I would like to see them playing with Jon though.
Cracks me up when Chris tries to get Steve to rock out at about 7:45. Steve ignores him like, "Not tonight, dear. I have a headache," and Chris gives him a look, "Ah, c'mon, you're being a drag, baby." It was always fun to watch Steve get really physical with the music, but hey, I guess we all get older. The man still rocks, even when he doesn't quite rock out!

Posting this video without the solo sections is sacrilege to musicians! Please people- stop this travesty of 'Part 1', 'Part 2', and 'Part 3'! Post the whole thing or don't post it!
I can't believe how many times I have watched this video. I hope that they literally "re-group" one last time to give all of us huge fans the proper 40th Anniversary tour that they were intending. I see Jon Anderson is touring,,,,,,,can someone reconnect all of them and get the 40th Anniversary Tour off the ground next summer? I need to see them one more time with Jon Anderson!
@badhomburg89 depends on Jon and Ricks health...it would be awesome and get your tickets early...just saw them last month with Oliver and Benoit...it was still fucking great...outside of that woman sitting in front of me who tols her husband "he is going to ruin the concert for me"...as they acted like they were sitting on their couch wacthing TV....All I was doing was singing along and praising the absolute musicianship of everyone...oh well...I AGREE..ONE MORE TIME!
This has to be one of the very best concerts ever recorded. Sound quality is fantastic.Photography is great. Performance is PHENOMINAL. Truly the best of YES. As close to seeing them live as possible. One totally unbelievable night. Thanks to the band for sticking with the original line-up for what was probably their finest hours. Any live performance after this would surely be a disappointment no matter the band.
The best classic production by YES, by very far. In the original version, Howe will take you to a heavenly ride in the last 6 minutes of starship trooper!
there is something very artist in Howe's arms
great look for him

This is such an underrated band! When I talk about Hobbit Rock to other rock fans I usually get the usual: Rush, Led Zeppelin, Styx, etc.
I LOVE YES!
