all i heard is that the thc absorbs in your lungs within 2 seconds so there is really no point to hold it in longer. it builds up the tar on the walls or your lungs. and watching some of the popular pot heads on youtube iv noticed they dont really hold it in either and they get the high still of course. and personally i tried holding it and just releasing it not too long after, i noticed i that holding it in just makes it harder on your lungs and i still get the same high from not holding it in.
