She's not because you can hear her getting tired in her voice. Her voice would go from perfect to a little squeaky. You can usually tell if someone's lip synching also by how many breaths they take during the song and I couls hear a few breaths in it. Also, in one part she doesn't sing on the cd, but she is singing. And she says "Let me see your hands clapping!" During the song. If she was lip synching, she wouldn't be able to say anything unless it was on the tape.
