Though Arviaon may seem like a douche, he has a slight point, not that you didn't flare enough, but because your approach speed was slightly high, you didn't need to flare 'as much'. [That's where his problem is dervied]

Though you still managed to act according to your conditions and you pulled of a good landing. Welldone :)_

it depends on his landing speed.. He can either flare when landing with at least the minimal(I guess =D)speed of landing and he can also not when his speed is at least fast enough.. I do it most likely with 747 and I only flare only a little(maybe a 3 degree angle or 5 will do).. But one question, Are you a real pilot?

Flaring is highly important in landing any commercial plane.

Damage the plane?? This landing was softer than -50 fpm. Second, there was a flare. The amount of flare VARIES between aircraft and landing speeds, so each one looks different. The point of a flare is not to hold the nose as high as you can, it is to ARREST THE DESCENT prior to touchdown. Know what you are talking about before posting comments like these.

I agree with the rudder, but more flare? Are you a pilot? A flare is just to arrest the descent, and that was done nearly perfectly in this landing. The touchdown was less than -50 fpm.

Why not? It is allowed to use rudder especially when wind speed is strong(like 8 Knots or 13 or more).. Don't you see pilots use rudders??
