@alekxu It exploded because they capped off the blow off port that normally releases the pressure when the tanks PSI rating is exceeeded and they also by-passed the tanks thermostat so they could keep pumping in electricity to make PSI keep increasing until the tank launches.
Steam they filled the tank with water and capped the inlets and out lets. Removed the presser release valves capped that. Removed the thermostats kept heating the water past boiling point. The water expanded turned to steam. the pressure exceed the tanks capacity to contain the pressure in side the tank. A weld let lose
I'm not sure, but the closest equivalents I've seen are some of the older deck-crew style helmets; Nomex hood, and padded attachments overhead. It's likely something else, though, judging by color and coverage. Look to aviation sources?
