What I love is now I can't quite trust what the guy says. The heart rate monitor does not wrap around your forearm, it goes around your chest. Anybody who actually uses this stuff knows that...

glad i am not the only one that caught the obvious mistake. forearm?  heart monitor...goes near the...uh, heart.

i have one of these. it is a great tool. you can sync up to your computer and view all your data. lots of information, more than an average rider will ever need. great training tool.

base unit will give you all the info you need, tracks speed through gps. the basic model is just the gps unit. next one up comes with heart monitor (for chest). next is both hrm and cadence.
