In truth, they are aiming at a target that has no control of what their employer does and only hurting the grocery industry (mainly Cub Foods), grocery stores' employees, grocery stores' customers, and not fighting to fix the cleaning industry.
Instead they are persuading the community that Cub Foods is the main player in their wages and that is wrong. Their own employer makes up wages for their own employees, not Cub Foods. Cub Foods don’t know how much the cleaners make, they just come and clean and leave like a vendor who comes in to stock up their products and leave.
As a business major, this is disappointing. Why? These cleaners are demanding their employer’s customer to pay more for their employer’s services to help them have a livable wage. In fact, these cleaners aren’t employed by Cub Foods, their wages aren’t paid by Cub Foods, and they don’t have a clue what’s happening within Cub Foods.
I'm just saying, people who have been starving for 5 days wouldn't have that much energy. Besides they're protesting Cubs but the protestors work for Carlson Cleaning which is who they should be protesting against. But I'm just saying, you know I'm not that smart to go after my employer if I got fired, I'll go after someone else. It's smarter that way.
@vangx254 They're going after Cub because they're high profile. If I were the Cub I'd break the contract with the cleaning company. This is a minimum wage issue and Cub is well within the law. Don't like it take it up with your congressman. In the meantime learning English and not stealing someone's Social Security number might be a good way to show respect for laws since it's obvious these morons have none nor sense of fair play.

For day 5 of starvation, you would've thought they were a bit more tired. Seems like they show up then leave to go eat.
