  • Good job Doc!

  • I'm trying to loose that final 20lbs, I'm so glad I found your videos! Dude what youre doing is amazing :)

  • Um... how is this useful if we don't know what changes you made to your diet?

  • @KevinCarbonara All changes to my diet including my exact (they are free by the way) meal plans are posted on my website. Hope that helps!

  • Very informative! Your doctors seems like a really nice guy and so helpful. What a rarity.

  • @ohangiebabydoingHCG He's the best!

  • Definitely gave me a better understanding the theory is to just cut down on calories and exercise gave me the idea I could still kinda eat wat I want as long as I'm watching the amount of calories I was taking in not focusing on what I am putting in my body. Thanks

  • Looks like your liver enzyme counts, AST and ALT, got down to 24 and 26, respectively! Incredible.

  • triglyceride is how much sugar you're eating? wait what? I though that was fat. I don't even understand half of the stuff he was talking about, but I guess the overall picture is that diet is important lol.

  • @noodlescratcher Sugar is converted to fat in the body and then stored, hence if you eat less sugar, you convert less to fat, and have less fat in the blood stream.

  • @roflex2 everything is coverted to fat if it's not utilized.

  • @noodlescratcher No shit, you were confused about triglyceride levels, I explained it to you. Not sure what your point is?

  • I'm working on my own regiment to get in better shape, but it's more a long term project, similar to my former long term project of GAINING the weight! :)

It started when I abandoned soft drinks 6 years ago, gradually dropped fatty foods from my diet, and implemented a simple exercise regime of WALKING to work, a 3 kilometer 45 minute journey I do at least 5 times a week.

My goal is to maintain my blood levels within their safe zones so that I never require any pills to keep me alive.

  • Wow, I can't believe how quick and big those changes were!

  • Holy crap, that's amazing. Congratulations, and I look forward to seeing more progress.

  • no wonder you feel like such crap when you eat crap foods... Now if only I could get over my addictions...
