  • Are you using a Bluetooth wiimote?

  • It runs without a real wiimotion plus,on keyboard and mouse.

Get the wii plus plugin files from the dolphin website,

go to wii mote icon, and select Hybrid Wiimote,it works for some reason.

  • @itsBellami thank you so much.

  • That really does look amazing!

  • well i played twilight princess pretty well, maybe this one can run good ^^

  • tell us the link, not that link, the download link

  • Are you using a wiimote?

  • is it possoble to play this game without a wii motion plus controller?

  • @alfalfalaffa Google "dolphin emulator" and figure out what that is...please.

  • Download please

  • 22 people have a life

  • @TonyMahonY87 23 that was me

  • this might be Wii U's graphix on Wii games

  • @SyFyGamer

Could've been, but latest info says Wii U won't upscale/enhance Wii games.

  • @xXJus10Xx1 you're KIDDIN ME!? is Nintendo that lazy, they can definitely do it! or at least release HD update sometime in the future. But for now we have Dolphin^^

  • I can't even get past the Wii motion Plus screen. How can I get past it?

  • @pickle430 Buy buying and using a Wii Motion Plus, lol. There's no way to emulate it.

  • Comment removed

  • @BxBright it's by* buying

  • @pickle430 I know, my bad lol.

  • @BxBright lol it's ok it sucks you can't edit your comments after you posted them :-/

  • @BxBright not true i have a wiimote plugin that works fine

  • @mrtim3133 I mean Motion Plus can't be emulated, the plugin generally works.

  • @BxBright yes you can fully emulate the z plane( i have it set to spacebar) while holding said key it will enable the zplane allowing motion plus like game play. All said in done play station move is and will always be better than the stupid ass wii, even if it was made second they did it right the first time Nintendo had to make an attachment to fix their fuckup, then expected consumers to pay for what should have been theiir in the beginning

  • Maybe on the Wii U we will be able to play Skyward Sword like this...that would rock!

  • @Dewtzel Nope, 480p only :D

  • what a diffrence!

  • What do you do for not lose game's speed in half with 30 fps ???

  • holy shyt tht looks awesome

  • mine only has up to 8 samples quality 16

  • Guys, I'm trying to run the game with Dolphin and I saw a guide which stated that it is impossible to play the game without Wii Remote with Wii Motion Plus + Nunchuk. So has anyone played it with an Emulated Wiimote? If so how?

  • Wow I want to see the Demise fight in HD

  • Dude what kind of PC are you using for this...did you steal it from NASA ?

  • @Jiurke lol you don't have to steal it from NASA. I have a PC that will run it on Dolphin but, I cant get past the Wii motion+ page at the beginning :-(.Why doesn't Dolphin see my Motion +?

  • @pickle430 If you've got a Motion Plus then you'll have to connect it via Bluetooth and then refresh Dolphin in the Wiimote options, then change "Emulated Wiimote" to "Real Wiimote" for Wiimote 1.

  • Someone want to tell me how to do this without giving myself a headache? E.G. good place to get the SS file?

  • Wow, this is painfully beautiful considering that Skyward Sword looks like garbage blown up on my HDTV.

  • @carterrogers So true... Especially when you just played Battlefield 3 on it minutes before...

  • I can't get past the Motion Plus screen, what am i supposed to do?

  • @damagestar19 u just put the wii mote on the ground so it can callibrate. don't touch it just leave it there till its done...

  • @NinjaApe101 What if i don't have one?

  • @damagestar19 why would u buy this game when it says it requires Wii motion plus on the cover?

  • @damagestar19 assuming you allready connected a wiimote (make sure you actually use a wiimote plus though, because a virtual wiimote will not be able to replace a wiimote plus) you can connect one using bluetooth (you'll need a USB bluetooth adapter unless your motehrboard supports bluetooth). after you connected your wiimote it also needs some IR emiter to center it on (the screen where it sais point your wiimote at the screen) you can just point it at 2 candles at that point.

  • @damagestar19 not much room to type on youtube. anyway, the candles work because the heat of fire emits infrared light, which fools the wiimote into believing it's an IR emiter. (you can also use a batterypowered wireless emiter or just turn your original emiter into a USB or wall-powered emiter, there's guides for that on the internet (but it think candles are easier, maybe i'm just lazy and i love fire) to connect your wiimote with bluetooth you need to press the red button like with the wii.

  • My goodness, I wish the Wii could support 1080p... ;_;

  • Sorry for the noob question, but how is it possible to connect a WiiMote to my PC? And is there a version of this emulator for Macs?

  • @gnobresantos With bluetooth. There does seem to be a Mac version but I doubt you'll get 1080p with it.

  • @Sunlumo It's more than enough if I get 720p with it :) I almost can't stand non-HD games anymore

  • @LolGames4U Wii U will look better.

  • @MrNintennerd Let me add the facts behind that statement. Wii U will look better because not only does it have 1080 p support but also because it features better overall hardware and processors then the Wii. E.G. Zelda HD demo. Perfect example.

  • 3D is turned on...

  • well, mortals can wait for SS hd re-release on wiiU

  • TITS TO THE RIGHT IN THE FORM OF DIGITAL RASTERIZATION ------------>

    HAHA YOU LOOKED!!

  • the graphics are like a mixture of twilight princess and wind waker!! I LIKE IT!! +1

  • wow with all that money you spent on the pc you'd think a guy could afford a wii?? LOL

  • aswedrfgtyhujkjhgf sry i had to wipe the jizz off my keyboard.

  • :motherofgod:

  • WiiU for what... Nintendo become a first party for pcs...

  • 22 people have slow PCs

  • @CUTWEST wow so original.. did they also take an arrow to the knee?

  • @CUTWEST lol yeah but, I can still play it but I need an i7 :-/

  • @pickle430 an i5-2500k is the same as an i7 minus the hyper threading, which is usually limited to work applications such as Photoshop.

  • if you want to play the game WITHOUT REAL WII MOTE go to my tutorial:

    /watch?v=EzA6OTIBgjY

  • Lol do you actually need 2 gtx 580s to play at that FPS?

  • @TheSantaKruz lol no just 1

  • @TheSantaKruz no, you really don't.

  • 21 people couldn't do the spin attack

  • Nice man, awesome video! :D

    Love your PC!! <3

  • Can you use the keyboard and mouse to play this?

  • @CLumz100 Nope.

  • @90Alex90 Are you serious. Dang it! I run twilight princess on dolphin... is it on all Wii games or just this one?

  • @CLumz100 not completely true. When the motion plus was first introduced a modified file of the emulated wii remote was made so that the engine would recognize a motion plus attachment to the remote. Find that file and you should be able to play it with a kb and mouse.

Just configure the vertical and horizontal swing so you can play properly in the wii remote settings :)

  • @iNexXxuS Alright! Thats great news my man. I am a big legends of zelda fan. Now I'll be able to play it on my desktop. TY

  • @CLumz100 Dolphin is a wii/gamecube emulator however you need i good PC for the wii games, recommend an i5 and a gt 450 at least

  • @mrtim3133 Well I have a intel q8400 and a gtx 560.. is that any good?

  • @CLumz100 the processor is fine for this emulator but as a quad you should be good for a while actually, I use a six cor 4.2 ghz for mine, with 2 hd 6850

  • mine keeps saying plug in a nunchuck

  • Oh boy!, look at that sword, it's made of straight lines instead of jaggies. It's so beautiful.

  • Oh my god... Zelda... You're gorgeous!

  • @Kelohmello his name i link my friend , zelda is the princess chick

  • how do you use the sword I only can trust!

  • im dissapointed how the game looks on the wii.

  • @nowak93 :) hey ...... dolphin :) even ps2 games look better on psx2 emulator :) emulators are great and should be for ps3 and xbox 360 , if you have a powerfull PC you could overhaul settings :)

  • @Cobac yh exactly emulators are awesome, i cant wait for the ps3 one to come out so i can play uncharted on my pc graphics card !! will be epic :D

  • Im using a Wiimotion Plus Inside controller, the newest one. I can connect the controller to Dolphin, but its like the buttons arnt configured. Are you using a real Wiimotion Plus controller in this video?

  • @jimmyleet2 What's your PC's graphics card?

  • @bornwisedistruction

    Mine is 2.66 GHZ

  • Can that be somehow adjusted with the mouse and keyboard ?

  • @FedjaRR No, not really. The emulation for motionplus is pretty much non-existent. For most games you can though, I've setup Golden Eye with a keyboard and mouse before.

  • what is Dolphon?

  • @Rtlozfan Dolphin is a Gamecube/Wii emulator. It allows you to play games from those two consoles on your computer.

  • Would a Razer Hydra work with this?

  • question , 140% probably noob question : no way to play just with the classic mouse and keyboard ? i mean , it's a wonderful game but i don't own a wii . no chance to be played on the pc with just i have ?

  • @Red88Bird dolphin emulator allows you to play with mouse and keyboard I believe. I downloaded it, and can configure my controls.

  • What is your PC's full spec?

  • Oh so it's ok to pirate now.

  • u using a real wii controller+bluetooth dongle ??? or normal xbox pad ??

  • @TonyMahonY87 You pretty much have to use a real wiimote, there's no real emulation for the motionplus.

  • @urantivirus i did use a real wiimote, doesnt work. I mean the controller works, and i can pass the menü and start the game. BUT the bluetoth dongle which the wii is connected with, does only recognize up down left right, not front not back, not sideways. Pointless to play with real wiimote

  • @TonyMahonY87 I've had no problem using a real wiimote. I've been playing Skyward Sword with flawless graphics and controls with Dolphin.

  • @urantivirus u have connected original nintendo pad + motion plus + nunchuck to pc via blue tooth dongle. and when u press homebutton u see the blue finger, can u point the blue finger to left right and down ??

  • @TonyMahonY87 I use a wiimote with motion plus built in + nunchuck and I made myself a USB sensor bar. I can move the cursor around np and I can point the finger in any direction. I turn the sensor bar off as soon as it calibrates the motionplus.

  • Im kinda tight on cash, which processor could do the job. lso any links to speed hacks

  • I have a Core 2 duo processor, how do I make this game faster on dolphin without buyin a new processor?

  • @redhotkido You don't, I'm afraid. Emulating Wii games with Dolphin takes a very decent processor. Various speedhacks may help you, but most likely you'll need to upgrade.

  • @redhotkido Depending on which C2D you have id say overclock to at least 3.2 - 3.4ghz to ensure smoother game play its what i had do do for my nephews pc so he could run it a little better but that's up from 1.8ghz a older e6300 you may want to invest in a aftermarket cooler to keep temps down

  • imagine this in 60 fps...

  • Are you using a WiiMote?

  • computer specs?

  • @KazeSkyfox but if we did that, we'd have too many whinny bitches like you who complain when things change a little.

unless your an eighty year old man with arthritis, i dont really think it is that hard to flick your wrist quickly from here to there.

  • Where did You get the ISO from?

  • So wait... what kind of graphics power does the Dolphin take? I have 1 gtx 480 i7 system, and a 5770 i7 system. and your running this with two 580s? does it really take that much power, or are you just expressing your build.

    thank you

  • @sausyyy Nah, a 5770 is more than enough, it doesn't take much graphic power to run dolphin, it just takes a whole lot of processing power to emulate the console. Check my video on how to make it run faster.

  • Don't let this dude's insane hardware intimidate you all. It run's at perfect FPS and is graphically equivalent to what's shown in this video with just my single GTX 560ti. This guy is playing with the highest AA setting, you're not even supposed to use AA with this game, it causes graphical problems everywhere. Playing with high internal resolution creates an AA effect anyway.

  • You should have bought the game. Zelda isn't a game that you should torrent. You need to experience it the way Nintendo intended it to be experienced.

  • How the hell are you playing this.. without wii motion..

  • how do you bypass the motion plus screen

  • wow 4x res makes my comp run like moss. i can run 2x and thats good enough.

  • That's cool. Not something I'd be bothered with personally, but interesting.

Can you use a normal controller with Dolphin or is it still motion control BS?

  • @KazeSkyfox

The only eligible controller so far is the Atari 2600 controller.

Thank god I say, because I can't stand the broken motion controls in SS.

  • @Magitroll eh, I'd rather use a PS3 controller. Analog support and all.

  • @KazeSkyfox

I thoroughly believe.. No I know that the game will be tedious beyond belief if played with a normal controller.

  • @Magitroll I'm too lazy to deal with motion controls and I've been playing Zelda for 10 years with a normal controller just fine. :V

That said, I own and love the game but the motion control just sucks. I have the sensitivity up all the way and I still have to do more work than I should for a video game.

  • @KazeSkyfox

    Ok well...

For me, I'm fine with making flicks with my wrists and the game responds to that, so I'm having no troubles with the motion gaming. I love it in fact and I don't want it to go away. But we can't all love it.

  • @Magitroll Oh, don't worry about that... >_> The lead designer of Zelda loves motion control, so we're all going to have arm-flailing in the future, whether we want it or not.

I have to do more work than wrist-flicks. Feels like a PC mouse that has terrible sensitivity.

  • @KazeSkyfox

I'm glad that Aonuma wants to stick with the motion controls.

For me this game requiered no arm-flailing at all.

  • @Magitroll Controlling the bird and beating bosses requires me to move my arm more than I want to, motion controls should be optional considering how pointless they are and how they take away a benefit of gaming from some handicap people.

  • If you want skyward sword to be even more beautiful, turn the contrast and saturation/color up and turn the brightness down. It looks amazing.

  • It's....soooo....BEAUTIFUL!

  • can someone sent me a link to where I can find the stuff i need to play this on Dolphin. I can play all the gamecube games and I have more than a adequate system to play these on PC, I just need more information on the controller? Can I use a standard Xbox controller instead of the Wii controller? What do I need controller wise?

  • This, in 60 fps = GROOSE

  • Unfortunately the WiiU won't render Wii games in HD at 1080p so it will still be better playing this on Dolphin. This is the case unless Nintendo re-release the game on WiiU.

  • @MrCommentposter

    Better for graphics, yes.

    Overall better? No.

  • @Magitroll Subjective. I'll leave it at that.

  • holy fuck this looks so much better with aa god damn it nintendo

  • Thumbs up if Notch sent you here

  • Does windwaker look better?

  • dowloade

  • I'm watching in 240p LIKE A BAWS

  • watching 1080p footage in 1080p resolution?MADNESS!

  • @inthelittlewood It's actually two infa-red lights, so if you get a wireless sensor bar or get two lights separated at an apropiate distance that should work. I used to have a wii and if I pointed my Wiimote out the window during the day it would spazz out :3.

  • .........Is it sad that this looks better than most games nowadays?

  • Man, that shits so good it made my computer lag. And I got the best computer on the market O_O

  • @Gigapivot99 clearly not

  • @tardedZnerfZgun lololol.

  • @Gigapivot99 what are your specs then?

  • GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

  • Below me is a very awesome person. <3

  • Probably asked already but I know there's guides to get Wiimote working on PC but how about the sensor bar? Any help there?

I'm VERY early into my let's play and would love to upgrade!

  • @inthelittlewood All Hail Martyn!

Google is your friend, but I'm sure some form of physical adaptor is needed :/

  • @inthelittlewood Martyn, Please Check your message box and there is a message that talks about this subject. It called the Sensor bar for PC. Thanks BYEEEEE!!!!! :>

  • @inthelittlewood Wii's way of connecting to wiimotes is bluetooth. Just press 1 and 2 and search for a device using your bluetooth adapter for your computer

  • @inthelittlewood

You can buy a cheap battery powered sensor bar from Dealextreme. These are like 4 dollard and work great, I have already modded a usb cable onto it so I dont need to power the thing.

be aware that the sensor bar does nothing except for showing the wiimote where the screen is. It is only 2 IR lights. You can even put 2 candles next to your monitor and it'll work.

  • @inthelittlewood

You can either just turn the Wii on to have power going to the sensor bar, or buy one of those wireless ones. Two lit candles -- one at each end of your monitor -- will work as well.

  • @inthelittlewood sensor bar isnt needed much in skyward sword except for recentering the pointer a calibrating wii motion plus just so you know

  • @inthelittlewood Dolphin has everything you need to use a wiimote, you only need bluetooth. I use a battery powered sensor bar, I bought at gamestop, that I converted to USB power. There are lots of guides to make a sensor bar, it's just LEDs. You need a fairly nice computer to run it like this video.

  • can this work with a 8800 gt and 2gb of ram and core 2 duo 3 ghz ? please answer me !!

  • This is better than on my actual TV

  • @RealisticMish that's 1080p for you

  • I played it on 1080p LED HDTV using the component and it look amazing, it runs smoothly too.

  • it looks great but it laggs my computer like hell xD

  • Notch watched this :D check twitter

  • How to get it into dolphin?? were is download link

  • How did you configure the controls? Or are you using a real wiimote with motion plus?

  • Nice! Now there is a reason to ehm.. Download this zelda game!

  • wth is the difference

  • @TheJabbawakie The screen is rendered in a higher resolution, therefore the video is sharper than it is normally on the Wii.

  • Now just wait for someone to do a HD texture pack and we're all set.
