@super0spore0fan This sounds so fan boy dude. You are not explaining to him that these two simulators are compleatly different in what they are trying to achieve.
Space Engine displays space... thats it. it's the best one to go and explore the galaxy as far as what we think it looks like.
Space sandbox has unparaleled physics. which is the reason it can't handle too many objects in view.
Don't pay attention to JSSJR90. His view is compleatly biased.
@tonkrogerio Can you even pay attention to what I said in that comment? I explained of what the 2 games presented of what you can do. (sort of) anyways I was not being biased at all.
no dude. your explanation contained what space engine can do well and what universe sandbox can't do well. this is a biased opinion. I can direct your initial comment right here if you still need clarification on what you said.
Leave it to the religious folks to reduce scientific endeavor to a battle of philosophical semantics. Deductive or Inductive, modern science still works. 99.99% of the time you start your car, it doesn't explore or turn into a piece of smoked salmon, it STARTS. Because of this, science has developed automobiles and the automobile in turn has advanced the course of other scientific and societal ventures.
And yet creationists try to say that automobiles start on philosophical uncertainty :P~
@quazaque oh you ment it that away, well anyways we can see farther than our milky way. Look up the Hubble space telescope. It took pictures of other distant galaxy's.
@DvineGaming I am finishing it Creationism you can't explain it. Evolution can be explained and proven, tested and observed. one example in North America are the turkeys. Wild turkey vs domesticated Turkeys (The ones we eat commercially). The Domesticated Turkeys have white feathers while the wild turkeys have brown feathers that's 200 years of evolution with turkeys in North America.
@DvineGaming Now how exactly do you "prove" a theory? Just curious. Wondering how science determines "facts" when the scientific method is naturally an inductive, not deductive method of reasoning.
@DvineGaming Yes. The scientific method functions on the principle of induction. That is why science deals with theories in the first place. You start with particulars and from those particular observances, theorize a generalization about nature. Not the other way around. Yet, this is a method of reasoning toward probability, not proof. Proof is deductive; i.e. starting with the generalization and deducing particulars entailed within it. So, how do you "prove" something inductively?
@TheEgonTowst You can never prove anything 100%, there is always some super slim chance it is wrong. But we can deduce that it is extremely likely. Why are you asking such rhetorical questions if you already apparently have all the answers. Someone might think you`re trying to start and argument.
@DvineGaming You're simply incorrect. You can never SCIENTIFICALLY prove anything 100%, because induction does not lead to proof. But science is not the only means of acquiring knowledge. There's this thing called deductive logic, too. You yourself said: "You can never prove anything 100%." Really? The reason I replied to you in the first place is because you said: "EVOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVEN SO I KNOW IT IS A FACT." Hmmm. So you now retract your statement?
@DvineGaming@DivineGaming "But we can deduce that it is extremely likely. " This statement doesn't make sense. You don't DEDUCE to likelihood. Likelihood and probability are the outcome of INDUCTION, not deduction. Again, this is why science deals with theories in the first place. You do not properly understand the scientific method if you suggest that we scientifically "deduce" our conclusions, or if you suggest that any theory can be "proven," as opposed to only being likely.
If both premises are true, the conclusion follows OF NECESSITY. It is not a matter of "extreme likelihood." It is a matter of ENTAILED fact. The scientific method does not operate in this way. Hence, science THEORIZES about the universe; it does not PROVE anything. So you are being quite UNscientific when you assert that evolution has been "proven" as "fact."
@DvineGaming On the other hand, here is an inductive argument:
1) All crows that all people have ever seen have been black.
Conclusion: Therefore, it is most likely the case that all crows in existence are black.
This is how the scientific method operates. It observes particular instances and then INFERS a GENERALIZED claim about those instances. However, as you yourself admitted, there is always room for error. We might find a white crow, for instance.
@DvineGaming Hence, inductive reasoning does not prove facts. It just postulates theories. And the scientific method is based entirely on induction, not deduction. So #1 you're incorrect in asserting that evolution has been proven; not only has it not been, but it is impossible to do so. And #2 you are incorrect in suggesting that we can "deduce" to extreme likelihood.
JSSJR90 beautiful video! Fuck all the bullshit creation vs evolution stuff on this channel. When you look up into the sky you can not lie to yourself about what you see...

@hwnzero if you look carefully they display an Acceleration at 2:44 as c^2 which means m^2/s^2. But the units of acceleration are m/sec^2. That's why it's incorrect. It must be shown as c/sec for example, which means the acceleration by one speed of light per second.
over that billions of galaxy, i believe there is 100 or more planet that is similiar to earth, we just have not found it.. because we even haven't explore further than pluto.. and i believe there is a lot of planet that have life creatures there.. maybe in our galaxy, in andomeda, or other billions of galaxy..
@JSSJR90 Nice work. But the age of Earth is wrong, you show it as 7x10^9 years but it's considered 4.56x10^9 according to radioisotop analysis. Also at 2:44 we can see acceleration as c^2. I have know idea what it means))) It must be c^2/m or c/sec. Thank you.
running it right now, it looks fine but it won't get to the surface, every time i try to get to the surface the planet dissapears, it keeps loading the textures etc. but no surface, any idea on what to do?
i searched the forums, they said to switch the settings to LOD -3 so i did but it still won't work.. it's not even my computer, it runs crysis and everything fine..
I would like to thank everyone that watches this video and comments. Thank you. Its always nice to read these interesting comments. Space rules! Just too big.
I believe that there are AT LEAST A Trillion Planets in OUR GALAXY ALONE, because if there are over 125-Billion Stars, each Star could be a Solar System with a Sun just like ours, and if you put 125-Billion+ Stars together each with 10 or maybe even 15-20 or maybe even more planets a piece, that number could EASILY reach a Trillion, without even having to go outside our own Galaxy. That's insane. Can't even wrap your head around that...

can someone help me? I tried to play but I keep getting critical extensions missing.
TheCrownedMedia 6 months ago
@TheCrownedMedia what do you mean by critical extensions?
JSSJR90 6 months ago
@JSSJR90 I open the simulator, then an error window pops up saying critical extensions missing
GL_ARB_vertex_array_object
I updated my drivers, but had to restore because they werent compatible with catalyst control manager.

Thank you.

@TheCrownedMedia Try downloading it again, sounds like a corrupted package

@ddidds13 I have a feeling that there is going to be a flame war between evolution and creation. Lets not start this war people.

@JSSJR90 Why can't we just have both? God created evolution? Now everybody can shut up XD

@matteumayo Well, seeing how fucking enormous the universe is, the odds of anything coming even to our galaxy is pretty much null.
