  • Hello there! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my sister lost lots of useless fat.

  • i think it is a great way to get into shape

  • This is what we call it, kids, - Douchebag Workout.

  • ok so you will loose body FAT and not body weight right?

  • This is a great video, good way to get into shape.

  • I do these kind of trainin methods when I do my millitary workouts.

  • everytime i skip he does that counting with his fingers

  • Can someone please tell me which muscle groups are worked in these exercises? I'm a beginner. And also shall this be performed everyday or what?

  • @aliasgr92 All excersizes work the abs, either stabalising (pushups) or contracting (jump squats)

Other muscles included are Hamstings, Calves, Glutes, quads (whole leg basicly)

Other muscles are also chest, triceps and alittle shoulders (on the pushups)

If you a beginer you can do this workout 3 times a week, Monday, Wensday & Friday.

And since this circle training is so short, repet what he did 3-6 times per workoutt :)

  • @aliasgr92 also. this dude doesnt seem to be as experienced out there, and there are other who offer the same as he only free, like scooby1961, watch this vid for abs /watch?v=p_0TUFpIqRQ

And go to Scoobysworkshop com for his entire free training site, most extensive free site on the web.

  • to make your half burpees harder take your knees out to each elbow

  • i would recommend not resting inbetween each excercise..

  • Dude.... starting from 0:20 of the video, I see that the exercise doesn't work. If it worked, the dude would be ripped as fuck.

  • u talk to much

  • What you got, I gotta get & put it to the test !!!

  • Why is there a bus on a track?

  • wow i tryed doign this and almost fainted.. i really need to move more

  • hey, i've been training hard for five years and i can testify to the effectiveness of what he's doing; circuit training is the cornerstone of my workouts. when i first read about it and tried it i could barely do 3 pull-ups. now i'm doing 5 circuits that are 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups and 10 pull ups with a minute and thirty seconds rest between each circuit. this shit will get you POWERFUL. good work.

  • He's funny!

  • Hey Vince, just a question; You said to focus on explosive power and speed, but isn't it better to take it slower ? Especially with the pushups as it feels like you work a lot harder the slower your motions. I dunno, just wondering.

  • @Tyr360 you work your slow twitch muscles if you take it slow. The reason it feels like you work harder is because you deal with the lactic acid build up longer.

  • I like this exercise, but it seems very short to do it once a day. What would be a good amount of times to do it a day?

  • Hey. I saw a bio on you on YouTube. Do you still do any medium-to-long distance running? If so, how can I maintain satisfactory muscle mass, and achieve long-distance (as in half-marathon) running? So far, I've found your videos (and those belonging to another fitness expert) to be some of the most useful, and insightful ones yet, for me, at least. Thank so much.

  • i got a question, anyone can answer it, im trying to start working out this summer, can i do bodyweight circuits 3 times a week and if so do it really work?

  • @dren934 yip that would be fine, depending on your goals i.e more muscle mass or general fittnes

  • Good stuff! This is one of the easier to follow, straightforward video-tutorials I've found. Well, for me at least. :) !

  • DOES ANYBODY have any tips for the planche? it's fucking annoying me I've been doing it for like 3 months and I'm still on the "advanced tuck planche" stage. HELP?

  • best warmup ive seen so far im totaly gona give it a try :)thx man

  • I believe bodyweight training can be just as efficient as weight lifting because there is just so much you can do with your body.. All you need is imagination and some equipment. CBA going to the gym, to me it just seems like an annoying hassle.

  • i've tried this before, it works.... I stop going to gym for 6mnth but still in a good shape...

  • only one upperbody exercise. Main focus was on legs and hips. Loved it when he said ok lets work upper body then started with high knees?

  • sounds like he is beatboxing at 2:51

  • @BoxerGraystone1992 hahahaa

  • doas this realy give a good shape and grow your muscles ??? and how doas it takes of you do it 5 min every day

  • the good thing is i can do it at about the same intensity i dont reli agree with slow and boring stuff its all about high intensity all the way!!!!!

  • see now ino what you meen by not relying on cardio for fat loss theres actually loads of diffrent ways you can do it i meen with cardio it deosent reli stimulate the muscles but when you use body weight exerises you actually use your muscles aswell so your bassically building muscle and burning fat at the same time

  • Hello abs hiding under my fat! this is the first time I've felt my abs in forever. thanks.

  • pushups, pullsups, chin ups and sit ups is all anyone needs. isolated workouts with wieghts are good for body builders, but as far as functional strength..these workouts can't be beat..and off course dead lifts and squats are a must.

  • are you sure that is just your warm up?????

  • you sure this is just your warm up??

  • This stuff is fairly easy and perfect for anybody just starting out good clip.

  • at 2:55 it sounds like he's making a beat

  • Wow I really liked this. All people should be doing this at the minimum. I have been using resistance bands and balance during meditation, but adding this before or after will be amazing. Great video, hope more people find it :-)

  • This guy does not hesitate to tell you how hard core he is. He is so intense that the SAS and Navy SEALS could not keep up with him.

  • i am medium size i mean little fat not that much so should i do bodyweight or fat loss exercise so confused???

  • @owner620 It depends what you want out of training, all training should be 100% situational, for instance if you want to build a good amount of muscle, it is counter productive to do the fat loss stuff

  • Ghost hack squat machine at 1:19 to 1:28 !!!!!

  • @LeoxMotive holy shit :|

    So they Do excist

  • @LeoxMotive lol nice attention to detail

  • hey the camera men aren't doing a great job hiding in this

  • god his voice is sooo boring!!!

  • how often should I do muscle exercises and how often should I do cardio? im doing cardio twice a week and muscle exercises 3-4 times a week, but Im not too sure if that is a proper method

  • fat loss workout

  • >implying any of those will give you a six pack

    LOL

  • Awesome dude you really sell that well! Im a PT as well & these explosive techniques are great depending on your goals. you wana get ripped... do this guys routine, it'll work & fast. great for girls too.

shot dude, hope business is good for ya.

  • You can get workouts fast with no equipment necessary. I am looking at incorporating more basic body weight exercises into my client workouts and my racers work out DVD. Vince is right on.

He also makes a great point about the necessity of speed.

  • Vince DelMonte emphasizes form and I am here to tell you that is critical.

  • low flexibility. bad range on his push ups also.

  • skinny legs

  • He's in great shape, but his cardio is not that great.

  • I'm 14, is it true that a young, beginner "body builder" (or whatever you would call us, by my size right now I would never consider myself a body builder... but I guess since I do workouts to help gain and maintain muscle strength and size on a regular basis I am one...) can only do body weight exercises because it may have lasting negative affects in the future?

  • @SantiagoxMartinez nah it wont have any bad affects in the future to be honest with you the only bad thing is if oyu dont do this video then youd probly have bad joints cus ive been working out since i was 14 also and i just went straight into the workout lol :) and yeah my elbows need to be cracked often and my shoulders crack alot two but my muscles are fine just my joins are kinda naffed

  • This is the most intense workout in the UDT.

  • good video stop talking so much please i yawn during the video

  • lol funny part was he got tired so quick lol

  • i thnk that's the best 2 get shape.,,.,.,.,

  • Lol The bug go's and does 15 push ups and is out of breath! Lmao :P

  • learn to keep your heels down when your squatting

  • This is an awesome video sir. I can't wait to try this out at home. I've been looking for bodyweight exercises and I can incorporate this with my existing bodyweight program. I also need the cardio for my grappling activities. Thanks very much, Vince

  • awesome

  • good info man!

  • You need a new mic operator 2:50

  • i just stepped on some nails so i cant do this. im looking for exercises i can do with no feet

  • Vince is the man!!! wooo

  • Stayfitbugdotcom Unique Bodyweight Exercises Ebook now just $0.99!!

  • you are such a homo

  • this is ok for beginners. if you like training videos check out forge 54:16 mma promo. Some bodyweight exercises in there that are more advanced. chow

  • people do a similiar excerside in jail. and it obviously works to keep them in shape

  • @S1NeR421 but u cannot build muscles with that shit!

  • @Sused97 Not true! As a corrections officer Ive seen inmates who havent touched a weight in a decade and they are diesel as hell! Using pull-ups, push-ups, burpess, squats and partner lifts like fireman's carry squats etc.

  • @tat2edup U CANT BUILD SERIOUS MUSCLE MASS WITH THAT! PLS dont try to explain me something im a personal coach and studied sports sciene i know what im talking about thank you

  • @Slatkisnita I could give two shits what youve studied LOL! Im telling you that there are dudes serving life sentences where I work, been locked down 20+ yrs. and have zero access to weights and they are JACKED! LIke I said they use eachother's bodyweight for resistance as well as their own. You are trying to tell me that ARNOLD never used bodyweight exercises? Sure theyre never gonna be as big as "JUICE MONKEY" bodybuilders but they are jacked regardless. -ISSA certified fitness trainer

  • @Sused97 yes you can! To an extent By what you eat to repair those broken down muscles you just used.

  • @tyguy070 @tat2edup U CANT BUILD SERIOUS MUSCLE MASS WITH THAT! Better said ONLY WITH THAT!

PLS dont try to explain me something im a personal coach and studied sports sciene i know what im talking about thank you

  • I don't understand why people leave negative comments. Would you rather take advice from someone you never seen sitting behind some editors desk in corporate America...(menshealth etc....) This guy is in super shape and gives some great info for freakin free!

  • Just did that right there, thats killer man. good job

  • well your push ups sucks not full

  • I just did this a couple days ago and it was great , i sweat alot . But my legs have been killing me for the past 2 days , they still are ... Am i doing something wrong . ? :/

  • maybe you should do real sports?!this is a WARM-UP ! not a real workout!

  • @Cuntexplosion Maybe you should not be such a douche bag ? I DO REAL SPORTS :O , I obviously did the squats wrong , just because it hurt doesnt mean i dont play sports you dumbass ,

  • @nojimmys12345 you should take at least 3 days break and 4 days workout^ ^. so that your muscles will not be stressed all the time. I wish you understand what I'm saying because english is just my second language:)

  • @nojimmys12345 I realize that your comment is 3 months old as I type this, but I figured I'd respond anyway in case you're still wondering. I doubt it's because you're doing something wrong, it's most likely because your legs aren't used to that sort of attention. Also, even though these are warm up exorcises, you need to warm up even before then by walking around a bit, or doing some stretching. You can't just get up from sitting around watching tv and start doing this stuff.

  • presenter speaks of funtional fitness, what funtion does the rectus abdominis have other than flexion. back to school for you young man, too funny. lol

  • i had to watch this twice, its too funny, i am still not convinced this isnt a wind up, from the opening comment on how you dont need flashy equipment to train and he is standing in a the smartest of gyms, everything he says he then contradicts himself. ps muscle pump and plyo does not equal functional fitness. lol

  • hey im extremely fit i have an 8 pack and i approve this workout as long as it is done with lots of intensity. ( good warm-up ).

  • Great video you have !!!! Its nice to have learning like this :) thanks and take a look at my videos :)

  • Thank you , realy hard workout, did 4 sets of them and i sweating like hell, hope it helps me.. thank you

  • what makes a martial artist so much more inshape.. if hes not sweating, like he said your not pushing yourself hard enough.. and if its so easy for him make it 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest.. 2:1 ratio ive heard is way better for burning fat.. i would finish with skipping and jumping jacks or something.. to make it a lil bit harder

  • canaceian i agree with you. This workout will probally not get a martial artist soaked. But as he said it is good for a warm up, atleast im gonna use this when im stretching, haha :D.

    Video is not bad actually.

    //mmacritic

  • People always going for a "sexy six pack". no one cares about being fit in the core anymore. always about looks I tell ya

  • There is a word for those people, tools

  • I've done this one a couple of times. Work pretty good, always gets me soaked from sweat!

  • it's to get a strong core. peoples goal solely for abs is funny. just make your goal to get a strong core, the six pack will come. getting muscles for aesthetic reasons are for jokers like this guy in the video. join a martial arts club and this guys workout will easily be put to shame, even from a beginners class.

  • @ canaceian: oh yeah right martial artist are the best guys in the world :P of course not. Maybe the would own a bodybuilder in their stuff but the opposite is also the case.

  • I was gassed after the first two...not reps...the first two exercises...

But I am going to get throught 3 reps damn it!

  • YOU CHAT TOO MUCH!!!!

  • oh and you're going to want to go to 90 with the jump squats, at least for the video

  • Vince, your on it. I love what your doing. Using No Equipment or Special Training Aids! Enhance your success by training the way the athlete was intended without the aid of -

machines - weights - rubber bands - weighted balls - treacherous balance gizmos or expensive special training aids.

  • @SportsDrills So humans were not supposed to work with things other then their bodies?

"Enhance success by adding functional strength training to your programs. The body is ment to move fluidly & not to always overcoming resistance." would have been better.

To say that medicine balls, bands, balance 'gizmos', etc. do not fall into the human work paradigm is a joke . Learing to use the body & its weight is the best foundation for strength, but do not fool yourself, tools are also good.

  • @vaatc I have nothing against those things. Bodyweight exercises are great for large groups of teams and athletes that have limited space, time & money. Not trying to dis the toys. They work well for coordinated adults in a 1 on 1 to 5 setting. I've seen more jokers bust there ass & faces using toys & n a tank of an economy were all in now- Save your money, make intelligent modifications without the "as seen on tv " garbage toys. I work & deal with coaches that can't afford $ or injury risks.

  • wow he's got bro that's a national level runner, that's good stuff

  • HGH is blocking his ability to remember his lines.

    good video though.

  • cool..I think you could get really creative with this type of workout..It would be nice to have some kind of timing device that you dont have to watch..something that rings or beeps every 15 seconds or for whatever span of time you set it for...I do yoga and Ill put a short song on repeat..so I can do 50 seconds of downward dog..then the son ends and repeats..when it repeats I know 50 seconds has gone by..then I can switch to a different exercise. thanks for the tips!

  • TYPE IN INTERVAL TIMER ON YOUTUBE

  • thanks, I have never been able to find something like this I didn't know it existed...stopwatches let you time splits but you have to keep your eye on it and it and then fidget with it,,,this disrupts flow and concentrations...I see what was known and fairly obvious to you was unknown to me..now I know thanks!

  • nice video, great warm up, is better than warm up on the bike

  • full of shit

  • Very nice video.I have a few videos, that be interesting to see.

  • chest not suppose to touch floor

  • so true lol. although u dont want chest touchin floor do you? like with butterflys u don't want the dumbells to touch cause it takes away from the workout

  • Reason I said Chest touch floor is to achieve the whole purpose of wait for it.... Bodyweight...

Pushing upwards with chest on floor uses about 75% of your bodyweight compared to mid air i.e. 6-8 inches from the floor.

I mean, I must be wrong seeing someone designed a video about BodyWeight Exercises yet doesn't use the weight of the body to perform them.... Ummmm nice one Vince

  • He's a "joker" that is fit and in shape.

  • this is similar to Flip Fitness - total body workout with a deck of cards - cool thing it changes eveytime you shuffle. Kick butt - no equipment like this.

  • try the Bass rutten training system

  • This is one of the best warm up styles there is. If u want to do it as just a work out increase times and sets. and do final set till failure.

  • I tried doing regular burpees instead of half burpees. I was gasping for air like a maniac. I also tried doing it all without any rest at all, but that was impossible :P

  • i did the workout but instead of 15 i did 30 for each and 20sec rest 2 sets.. when i stoped i ended up feeling rally dizzy then puked

  • awesome workout . that's what i really needed because i workout at home.

  • Power production and 15 second rest periods don't go together.

  • you want body weight workouts climb a tree

  • loool funny but true

  • that being a warm up?? Uh that'll be all thankyou

  • Nice workout, you could throw anything in their really.

  • haha i already do these...

is there anynore upper body workouts??

  • Good stuff. Probably be a good warm up for me.

  • how long should you rest in between weight training exercises?

  • very good workout vince

  • i mean whats the difference if there is any abt washboard and 6 pack

  • wats washboard abs mean??

dont be an ass and make fun of me cuz i dont kno.

  • It's just another way of describing a six-pack. As in, abs that are so hard, they have a bumpy texture like an old-fashioned washboard.

  • esta muy bueno

  • Can anyone point my towards some upper body exercises that don't require equipment?

  • wells theres alot of different types of pushups, the ab workouts go on and on,theres alot of different squats, theres really alot you can do

  • push ups, hand stand push ups

  • YES this is a GOOD workout.

For warming up or for exercising your core/lower body.

  • lmao true

  • yeah, another nice choice of exercises, Vince! I'd rather do them at the end of a workout for extra fat burn :)

  • u talk crap m8 - LEEDS LEEDS LEEDS

  • can you do this more than 3 times?

  • How Many Reps?????

  • as many as you can for 15 secs... i think thats what he meant. ;)

  • So if I feel like I'm going to puke that means I'm doing it right? lol

  • perfect m8, at my footy we do puke tests lol to show aour effort, if we dont pile up on food, its a "good" and quick way to lose weight also XD

  • vince is out of breatyh after 1 set and hes telling us to do minimum of 4?

wise up as if any of us people watchin this video will be able to do that!

  • bodybuilders generally don't have as much stamina as a all round athlete athlete such as a rugby player who must combine strength with stamina. however i'm sure this bloke could easily work another three sets

  • Sexydeano, if you notice in the beginning, he actually explains that you should be breathing heavily after a short time.

  • actually! hes already done his full workout before! hes is doing it agen to show us! and probably had to edit the extra workk!

  • this is a good workout

  • this workout freaking works!!!!!! i just did it and i felt it!!!!!!

  • the guy walks the walk just as much as he talks the talk

  • lmao when he does half burpees it sounds like a rap beat!

  • hell yea ima bout to sample it and make a hit song

  • lol it does sound like a rap beat.

vince has a hidden beatbox talent lol

  • Vince looks funny on High Knees, still love this guy tho. Although, even though this bodyweight routine exercises are tough when we go through them with intensity and speed, its more of a cardio fat burning workout (which is good as it produces lactic acid), but we also gotta keep in mind that this workout is NOT going to build muscle. May tone them a little.... Thats why Vince said for him thats his warm up before he actually hits the weights. Thanks Vince and keep the vids coming!!

  • i have a six pack but it only shows in certain light wat should i do!!

  • you sound like my friend talking about his chest hair "ONLY IN A CERTIAN LIGHT!"

    -.- lol

  • you need to lose belly fat. the ABS are there, but can only be visible when excess fat is removed around your mid section.

  • Stop eating carbs at night or when your active daily life is finished for the day.

do this kinda stuff for 12 weeks and don,t burn out by doing it 7 days a week try say 3-4 days a week with 1-2 lighter cardio days.

eat 3 small meals and 3 normal meals a day in alternate order.

    have protein in each meal,

eat 500 less calories than normal but make sure you get enough carbs before & after training or you will feel like shit.

  • warm up!!!!
