Man, I went to see Clutch play with Black Label Society a couple weeks ago (also children of bodom, but who the fuck cares about those idiots?) and before the show actually started they were just playing some tunes over the PA- when this song came on the crowd went crazy!! God I love these guys.

One of my favorite Melvins songs ALL TIME. But my question is: Is Buzz singing or is the new basist singing on this track? Whoever it is, it reminds me of Paul Stanley from Kiss. I dig it a lot, i just didnt know Buzz sang like that, if it is indeed Buzz. Answer this question please.

melvins are like a fine wine. they only get better with age. im sure the purists that have been with them since the mid 80's might disagree, but go backwards through their discography and it goes from the best on down the line IMO. 25 years and still the best, and ever growing band on the planet.

It has the flavor of old KISS and old Alice Cooper. Are those harmony's I hear? They're comin thru the day I head outta town. Pay attention! they always have something up their sleeve. This is one of the best discs I've heard ever! They hit at all angles, Zeppelinesque, straigthforwardy rock and roll at times,whatever you want to call it. Never straying from Melvins off the beaten path flavor and originality! Awewsome!!!

Nude With Boots takes a way different path... not always musically the same as (A) Senile Animal, but still has it's moments. The last song reminds me of the Bullhead days.

i don´t know it yet but nude with boots might be as good as (a) senile animal. it takes more time to get into it than senile animal. and thats not a bad sign. dog island & the smiling cobra for example are great songs
