Does anyone know what units the height and width are measured in? It looks like on the right list the height and width are measured differently (if *that* height represents 15, no way could the width be 100 if it were the same units.).
@MisterM2402 It's measured in pixels. And no, they aren't measured differently. because he sets the size of the cells, which is just one of the options(for example "bacon") so it's not the size of the whole box, just the "cell" :) I hope I made it clear, otherwise... tell me and I'll try to explain it better :)
I have a big problem. I dont know how can I use the Selected items. I cannot add them in an array or a string. How can you actualy move the selected items into an usable array? Thanks!
Yup it would be the same if he first initialized rightlist before calling actionPerformed, cause the first one will only run at the beginning of the program... i think lol
Ok how come you didnt have to initialize the rightlist variable before you called a method of that class in the actionPerformed method. But after that you initialized it and then started calling methods. Would it have worked if you never initialized it.
@waynedaman1988 : Well he used the setListData in an actionPerformed method.
If you make actionPerformed a separate method it's the same, but i think he just didn't felt like typing.( Think about it, the actionPerformed is only called when you press the button, while the other stuff outside the actionPerformed run immediately as you run the program(even though it is later in the source code))

@waynedaman1988 ...for a simple explanation...it's actually alright , we can say that it's somewhat a preparation only(or it won't execute by itself even though it was typed in the method(of the ActionListener), since you have to do something(click or enter) before anything happens,) or you could put it in another way..like it's the same as it was(the "rightlist") used on a separate class.....
