I see no exploitation of animals in this video the dogs look very happy and no one is doing them any harm. I would assume that if the owner knows the condition his dogs seem to have he has probably taken them to a vet once or twice (btw the dogs look pretty healthy even the one legged dog, I'm sure someone loves these dogs). I consider this video educational and informative, and it makes me giggle like a video about sexual education.

I would hope you were smart enough to read the description.

It says they have the disorder known as cerebellar hypoplasia.

It is caused by there cerebellum not being completely matured at birth.

And as you see, a lot of uncoordinated movements are the result.
