  • dear Dr Khalid i think the problem is the small rhexis so during horizontal shopping a tear happend and extended posteriorly

  • Dear Dr, Why the nucleus dropped ? there where an unnoticed rupture after hydrodissection or during phacochop or just after the phacochop , you touched the posterior capsula withe the phaco tip ?

    Actually I do not know. However this patient had the same scenario in the other eye.
