@mates9963 I used a G27 for steering wheel. You install the game and the wheel. Then the program recognizes it as gamepad, configure the controls as gamepad, the wheel should work. If not, look for forum with keaywords: gta4 steering wheel, G27, etc. Good luck

Seems to be fun, my logitech G27 will arrive on 2 days, do u think its possible to play GTA IV and the Episodes from Liberty City on PS3 using that steering wheel? Anyway, great video dude...

I don't see any reason why you couldn't. Although I have PC, I think the wheel issue is the same, the game handles it as a gamepad. You won't be able to use all the buttons but the axes work alright.
